Die Pinehill Unit Nr. 7 ist ein Reihenhaus mit vier (4) Schlafzimmern, drei (3) Bädern in der Pinehill-Gemeinde im malerischen und historischen Dorf Lake Placid. Sie liegt nur 1,6 km von den Geschäften an der Hauptstraße und acht (8) Meile von den Hängen des Whiteface Mountain. Genießen Sie den Blick auf die Berge von der geräumigen Veranda aus oder entspannen Sie sich nach einem Ski- oder Wandertag auf den zahlreichen Adirondack-Wegen im Whirlpool. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von der Unterkunft entfernt.

Die schön eingerichtete Einheit bietet Platz für maximal 10 Quests mit einem (1) Kingsize-Bett, zwei (2) Queensize-Betten und zwei (2) Einzelbetten. Jede Etage bietet ein komplettes Badezimmer. Das Haus verfügt über ein offenes Wohnzimmer mit TV / Videorecorder und direkten Zugang zu einer geräumigen Veranda mit Bergblick. Die große Küche bietet viel Platz zum Kochen und einen Essbereich mit Tisch und Stühlen. Die Master Suite befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und verfügt über einen separaten Lesesaal, einen Fernseher und ein großes Bad mit Whirlpool.

Kaminofen, Kabel-TV / Videorecorder mit über einem Dutzend aktuellen Videokassetten, komplett eingerichtete Küche (alle Utensilien) mit Kühlschrank, Herd / Backofen, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Kleingeräten, Waschmaschine / Trockner, Stereoanlage, CD-Player, zahlreichen Brettspielen, und eine Auswahl an Lesematerialien.

Relaxing stay in residential Lake Placid neighborhood

The property was as described, effectively 3 floors, very well maintained and homely. We were 2 families with kids and granny. We had a relaxing time during the heavy snowfall days being indoors, playing many of the boardgames that were on offer. The location was convenient to get around from. The beds were extremely comfortable (A BIG PLUS), and enough towels, linens and blankets. Kitchen had all the necessary things, and well stocked. Easy and good communication with Tom. Overall, a very nice relaxing experience. Highly recommended.

Great condo for our needs

Spacious condo with nicely equipped kitchen. Close to everything. Suited our family very well. Basement suite is open concept bathroom so be ready for that. Smart key for front door hard to figure out at first despite detailed instructions, but after we did it was fine. Enjoyed our stay very much, we recommend the condo.

Excellent stay in beautiful home

We had a wonderful time in this very well appointed home. Everything worked well for our group of 8. The wrap around deck was great for morning coffee. Great water pressure/heat and we'll stocked kitchen. Super clean and great ambiance. Loved the mudroom for getting out of wet hiking gear/boots. Walk to town. Everything was just perfect

The house was amazing, it was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect too, just a few minutes from town. Tom was a great host, he responded quickly to any inquiries and when the wifi went down got it fixed in less than an hour. We look forward to staying here again!

A Pleasant Stay in Lake Placid

We recently had a short but very pleasant stay in Mr. Simon's Lake Placid Townhome. The property is located within walking distance of many of downtown's restaurants and shops. The rooms are very clean and well suited for our gathering of six adult couples. The owner responded to our questions quickly and accommodated our wish to check in a bit earlier than the standard time. We would highly recommend this place as your base to explore the Lkae Placid area.

Great property with facilities provided as advertised at time of booking.

As a family of adults who regularly travel together it is sometimes difficult to meet all the needs and requests of each family member, overall this property met all our wants, with sufficient space for all of us to be together and separate as desired. The host communicated well with us prior to arrival and there were clear instructions on accessing the property and how to obtain local help in an emergency. There were a couple of minor repairs needed that were not an emergency and did not affect our holiday and we have advised the host of these and are sure they will be taken care of before the next guests arrive. Once we had worked out the heating system it remained warm for the duration of our stay, a real blessing due to the very unpredictable weather we encountered. We renamed the house icicle cottage not due to the cold but due to the beautiful icicles that had formed on the tree outside the kitchen window. We had to dig our way to the car one morning, this was made simple by the snow shovel in the outside storage area. We were a little concerned that it would by icy when we returned that evening, we needn’t have worried on our return the path had been totally cleared and gritted. The house was clean on arrival with clean bedding and plenty of clean towels. The kitchen was well equipped for making simple meals. The fridge caused much amusement as a knocking noise could be heard every time you opened and closed the door a fun holiday memory to be sure. The property was well within walking distance of the main Street and Mirror Lake for the younger generations with the free local bus stopping a short walk away, but the car was needed for the oldest generation of the family. This property contributed to our amazing experience in Lake Placid and should we visit again we would not hesitate to re-book this property.
