Welcome to Desert Dreams located inside the prestigious Indian Palms Country Club. This fabulous property features 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, AC, WiFi, and a cozy living room with a sofa bed. A private salt water pool and great outdoor space to enjoy the desert sun. This gorgeous home is located right across from the Empire Polo Fields! Perfect walking distance to and from the grounds for Coachella/Stagecoach.
Guests have access to Indian Palms CC amenities as well! Our community is the CLOSEST you can get to Coachella/Stagecoach without having to actually park inside the fairgrounds!

Pets Allowed, Max 2 PETS. Pets must be house broken and well behaved, any incidents or damages caused by pets will result in a fine depending on the incident/damage. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE THE TURF IN THE BACKYARD TO DO THIER BUSINESS! The turf is not set up for animal waste, please respect this very important rule. There are cameras in the backyard facing the pool and turf so please do not try it. That will result in immediate fines.

Absolutely NO SMOKING/VAPING inside the home. I have a smoking monitor device that will inform me if you are in violation of this rule. Any violation of this rule will result in a fee.

**Please note, if you would like to use the amenities, I need to add all guest names to the guest list at the lifestyle center. From there you will receive guest passes**
**Golf Course is separate from the amenities, if you would like to play golf, please call the clubhouse and reserve a tee time**
**Pool heater can be turned on for additional charge per day of $35, please let me know in advanced it takes up to 12 hours to heat and I will have my service tech turn it on. Do NOT TOUCH POOL HEATER ON YOUR OWN**
MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: Person booking the home must be at least 25 years of age.
**NO Third Party Bookings** guest reserving the property must be staying at the property
** Parking for 2 cars in the driveway and 1 car in the garage, overnight parking is NOT allowed on the street per the HOA**
PLEASE NOTE: There is a City of Indio Transient Occupancy Tax ( TOT) of 13% and a Tourism Business Improvement District (TBID) tax of 1% that will be added to your total.
Also, if you are found to be in violation of the occupancy (6 guests total) or noise rules, you will be fined $250 per night of your stay! This is a community where they monitor noise complaints. Please keep it quiet and do NOT make any noise after 10pm!
Any damages done to the property or items/furniture inside will result in a minimum fine of $500 or greater, depending on the damages and repairs.
Pool Alarms: There are 2 pool alarms, one at each sliding doors for families with children.
Pool alarms are currently on bypass, which means the alarms are not triggered to go off when the doors open.
Families with children can trigger the pool alarms during their stay by simply unplugging the gray cord. This means every time the sliding doors are opened the alarm will go off until the door is shut again.
**If you unplug the gray cords during your stay, please plug the gray cord back in when leaving, this allows my adult guests to enjoy the doors being opened with no alarm sound going off*
Assumption of Risk:
By accepting this rental through Airbnb, you are agreeing to be responsible for supervising and assuring safe use of the pool and outdoor area for your guests. You are releasing owner for any liability of claims and agree to hold owner harmless from any damages (personal injury or otherwise) to you, your guests or any third party.
You recognize and understand that a Swimming Pool involves certain risks. Those risks include, but are not limited to, the risk of injury from possible malfunction of the equipment used in the pool and injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool or outdoor area.
Because the pool is an outdoor pool, no credits will be given if it becomes dirty. However, I can send my pool tech over for additional clean if necessary.

I am from Southern California, this is my first property and I am super excited about hosting. I have always dreamed of owning a home that I can rent out and here we are! I spend months of renovating this home to make sure it is in the best condition for guests. I want it to be a home away from home.
I am a beach person so I live near the beach, but when I can I love to go out to the desert. I have always gone to Coachella/Stagecoach so this was my ideal spot to pick a home. I look forward to being your host while you're on vacation!
