📜 POLICIES
🐶 Dogs Allowed: One dog under 35 lbs allowed (With prior approval and fee). No cats.
🚭 No Smoking
🚫 No Events or Parties
👯‍♂️Only 6 people maximum are allowed in each house at one time.

‼️ Requirements & Check-In Info: Door codes and instructions will be provided after the booking is paid in full, the renter agreement has been signed, a valid ID of the primary booker has been filed for security, legal, or payment verification purposes, POC form is completed, and a security deposit has been held. Please note that the deposit is only a hold and not an actual charge; it will be released three days after checkout, provided there are no issues.

‼️ OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES BEFORE BOOKING:
• Strict check-out at 10 AM and check-in at 4 PM to allow for proper cleaning. Late fees apply.
• No refunds for hurricanes, tropical storms, or other unforeseen events.
• Pool shared with 2 other bungalows. The pool is serviced weekly on Saturdays.
