For bookings under 31 days:
COMMUNITY FEES (not included in booking price):
Mandatory community fees will be added on to reservation after we have received the below information. Details of community fees:

1. In-Season (Memorial Day Weekend - Labor Day Weekend): $8.50 per guest per night membership fee for guests age 6 & older
Off-Season (after Labor Day & before Memorial Day weekend): $2.00 per guest per night membership fee for guests age 6 & older
2. $20 per vehicle, per stay (2 car maximum)
3. Any guests just coming for a day visit will be $8.50 per guest per day

The community also charges an administration fee which has already been added on to your booking fee.

*If booking less than 3 days before check-in an additional $100 will be due to the community for a rush administration fee. This fee does not apply if booking more than 3 days in advance. We can not accept a booking with less than 24 hours advance notice, the community will not let us register you.

Please note - all fees and registration information must be paid and submitted 3+ days prior to arrival. Community will not accept late payments and will deny entry if not registered/paid on time.

Membership grants access to all community facilities and events, as well as access to pools, lakes, beaches, playgrounds, sports courts, lodge, fitness room, and game rooms. Pools are open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Amenities are owned and operated by Arrowhead Lake Community Association and are at their discretion. Some amenities are seasonal (pools, beaches, rental shack, etc) or may be closed due to staffing, weather, maintenance, or other reasons out of our control. TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP FEE IS REQUIRED WHETHER AMENITIES/FACILITIES ARE OPEN/USED OR NOT - THEY ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

Guests are required to register with Arrowhead Lake Community, however we will handle that for our guests. We will need the following information for registration:

*First and Last name of every guest over age of 6
*First and Last name of each driver
*Year, make, model, license plate #, registration state of every vehicle.
*If any guests will not be coming for the entire duration of the booking we need to know the exact dates they will be at the rental and they will also be charged for their vehicle and amenties.

For bookings 31 days or more: Flat rate of $275 will be added on to your reservation after we have received all of your information.
House Rules
*Main renter must be 25 years or older. We will need a valid form of ID for confirmation.
*All guests required to register with community
*All guests required to go to offsite check in office to pick up car pass and community badges - will not be able to get into community prior to stopping at check in office
*All garbage must be brought to the trash center and can not be left outside at any time due to wildlife. This is BEAR COUNTRY please be mindful of that.
The Trash & Recycling Center is located behind the Welcome Center at the Main Gate. Household garbage and recycling is to be separated and disposed of ONLY at the Trash & Recycling Center. Gate card is needed for entry at the Main Gate.
Open Daily – 8 a.m. – 10 p.m.
*Please Note: Disposing of trash at any other location including community trash cans or in private dumpsters is prohibited!
**Any trash over 2 bags left at the property will incur an additional $20 charge per bag
*Only 2 pets are permitted per booking, $40 fee total for both pets per stay.
*NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED
*No Fireworks - you will be responsible for all fines imposed by the community
*No food down the drains
*Only toilet paper to be flushed down toilets
*Township may implement burn bans at their discretion, manager will notify you of any current bans
*Any fines or tickets given to guests by township/HOA guests will be solely responsible for.
*Please note checking out on time is extremely important to our cleaning crew's schedule. Any unauthorized late-check outs will result in fees.
*No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the property
*Badges must be returned to box at gate.
HOT TUB RULES
*You must wear shoes when walking from the house to the hot tub. Please note that if you bring stones into the hot tub it will damage it. If there are stones in the bottom of the hot tub after your stay there will be a $75.00 cleaning fee. Please be respectful of this important rule.
*No glass in the hot tub
* No jumping or diving in the hot tub!
* Children under 5 should not use our hot tub.
* All children should be accompanied by an adult while using the hot tub at all times.
*It is not recommended to use hot tubs for longer than 30 minutes at one time. If you feel faint, please exit the hot tub immediately.
* Women who are pregnant are recommended to not use hot tubs
*Nothing is allowed in the hot tub besides people, no pets, no confetti, no water balloons, etc.
* Any damage to our hot tub will result in extra fees, please respect this expensive amenity we provide.
