Perfect location on Hollywood Beach

We had an amazing week at this property. Only a minute walk to the beach and everything we needed was within walking distance. House was perfect size for our family of four. We cannot wait to come back again!

Great location. Only given two rolls of TP, no bath soap or shampoo. It’s a no frill unit but a great patio and 100’ to the Broadwalk We will be back!!!

Two week working vacation

The place was clean great location but if you don’t like noise, don’t stay there cause the bars are open late right around that area. We did not mind that wish they had a washer and dryer. I did not realize I didn’t have that so I didn’t have anywhere to do laundry for two weeks. Beach chairs could’ve been a little better. They only gave us two and they were really low to the ground and I don’t have a great back and could use some cleaning supplies and maybe more toiletries other than that the place was clean the location was great. Everyone was helpful And I had a great time.

Awesome!

Nice beach spot. It was steps away from the boardwalk and a block away from the bandshell. So many restaurants to choose from. Only thing I recommend is getting some better A/C systems going.

Proximity to broadwalk

2 story/unit location. They rent out the bottom and the unit owner has the top. You can hear everything the top unit does. Walk, moving furniture, laundry, which there is no access to a washer and dryer on the bottom unit. Parking was a mess since the top unit owners park and have their friends and family park, blocking access to the back area and taking the trash cans to the curb. The listing agent was was attentive when I brought this to their attention. Usually when we rent at a beach, we have beach chairs, umbrellas, toys etc. They had 4 chairs only. A 3 person couch for a 6 person stay so I bought so ottomans and left them with the neighbor FULL size fridge which was awesome! TVs in the living and bedrooms if that matters to anyone We bought a pitcher so we could make tea. Small 5 cup coffee pot available. Short drive all to a convenience store if you need things Weekends can be LOUD. A new restaurant/bar opened up that stays loud! But so are the birds in the am lol. We made it work!

Great spot near Broadwalk

Cute 2 bedroom one bath beach house. Steps to the beach and very walkable to restaurants, bars, and some shopping. We Ubered to Publix for food shopping for week because we didn't have a car. There were a couple of items we missed in house, but it didn't affect our time. Would definitely stay again.

Great week in Hollywood

This location is a wonderful pick. Only thing is the spare room needs updated pictures and you list second parking available for $20 a day but when I inquired I was told no second spot available. In all still was a very enjoyable stay.

Great location. Property only had 1 bunk bed and we were expecting 2 that were shown in the pictures. Hard to communicate to get help from valgal. We needed sheets for the pullout couch. We texted and called with no response until 2 days later

A few days

The location is fantastic! The home is small but for the few days we were there it worked. The king bed is very hard and my husband and I like soft beds so that was a challenge. There is one couch, we couldnt all fit on it comfortably. The AC units may need to be upgraded soon but served their purpose while we were there. The parking needs to be addressed. Put a sign for the downstairs apartment and sign for the upstairs parking, the upstairs people parked in front of the downstairs front door and it was a cluster. Overall, it's a cute little place to stay and the location to the beach and Broadwalk is fantastic!! Lots of place to eat that are walking distance.

location, location, location

PROS: GREAT location, STEPS to the beach and broadwalk, great ocean breeze on the back patio with lots of seating, ice cold ac in bedrooms, good gathering space in the main living area, full kitchen had everything we needed CONS: listing shows 2 twins & 1 queen in 2nd bdrm, it actually only had 1 twin & 1 queen (we made it work, but not as advertised), it could have been cleaner (bugs gathered under master bdrm curtains), door code changed during our stay but we got quick service, an older man was coming and going on the property (he claimed to be the owner and argued with me when i asked him to stop walking around the property), main living space was stuffy and didn’t have great ac, our car got blocked in because there were 3 other vehicles parked in the driveway of the property the day we arrived overall we had a great time and we would consider renting this place again

Honest Review

We brought my mother Inlaw, son, two daughters, and us to visit. We flew causing us to only bring a personal bag on the plane as we thought we could wash any clothes needed. There is NOT a washer or dryer. The spare room does not have a 3 bed bunk bed. It only has a twin over full not shown in pictures. The listing listed a bbq grill, but it was completely empty. Shower head didn’t work. No vent in the kitchen so the alarm goes off every time you cook. The home’s floors have major damage. The back door is messed up. The master bed under rails came out often causing issues with the bed. However, this location is AMAZING!! You are on the boardwalk and can see the ocean from the dinning room. The communication from manager was wonderful! They even brought us extra towels as needed. I would come back and stay I just know what to expect. Definitely great Value, but you get what you pay for so have reasonable expectations.

Nice location but…

The location is very good in hollywood beach. A bit noisy but near of erevything. We also received 2 fireworks on the house one night but really the location is awesome. There is the father of the owner that call himself: (the owner of the property) who’s always lapping around the house and tell you things that you should or should not do about the house. The house clearly need maintenance work. I repair the toilet crash twice, and a lot of equipement are old. There is not a lot of crockery. Bring your own wine glass because there is not. When we arrived, the house was not that clean. It could easily be cleaner.

Close to the beach but needs better updating and maintenance.

Not enough comfortable seating. Not enough lighting in any of the rooms. One lamp in the bedroom was broken. Garbage disposal was broken when we arrived and was not repaired for 5 days and multiple phone calls (The owner had to personally get a plumber). Toilet was running intermittently when we arrived and was not fixed for 4 days. The surface covering on most of the kitchen cabinet doors was peeling off. The unit was very handy to the beach, the one car parking was right in front of the unit, the back yard patio was private (although it would be shared with the upstairs unit) and the gas grill worked fine.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First of all the place they gave us to stay was not the booking that was confirmed and paid for. I was not contacted by phone to be told that the place that I had originally booked was no longer available only by email. I had no reason to look at my email because I thought booking was confirmed, how would they knownif i wven wanted to stay where they chose for me without communicating with me. Poor management and the place was dirty. No pool like i wanted and no laundry facilities. The door lock kept jamming. No outlets in the bathroom. Stove was dirty, toaster burned your toast on one side. No plugs near the bed to charge your phone at night. The guy i spoke to in the phone was super nice but it didn’t help the fact i was not where i wanted to stay.
