PET POLICY
We are happy to welcome up to 2 dogs in our home! A $100 per pet fee will be automatically added to your nightly rate when you add a pet to your reservation. Please be considerate and let us know if you feel your pet may not be suitable for our space. We ask that dogs remain off the furniture and that cleanliness is maintained by promptly cleaning up after them, dog waste bags are provided in the backyard for your convenience. If a pet is at the home without being added to the reservation, we will charge the pet fee.

GUEST OCCUPANCY POLICY
Our guest policy requires that occupancy not exceed the total number of guests listed on your reservation, with a maximum of 10 guests. Please ensure that the number of guests matches what was agreed upon when booking. Any changes to the guest count should be communicated and updated in your reservation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a comfortable environment for all guests.

SECURITY
For your safety and peace of mind, we have Kwikset smart locks and three security cameras on the premises. Two cameras are located at the front exterior, and one is in the rear corner of the yard near the side gate. Please know that your privacy is greatly respected and valued, and the security measures are in place solely for your protection.

NOISE MONITORING
We have a noise monitoring device in place to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. If noise exceeds the legal decibel limit in the city, we will be notified and reach out to you to address the issue before any neighbor complaints arise. Please note that if noise violations result in complaints, you may be held liable. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping noise levels respectful during your stay.

POOL/SPA HEAT
We offer pool heating for a $75 per day fee, and the spa heat is complimentary, but must be turned off after each use. If the spa heat is left on, an additional fee of $30 per day will be added to your reservation. Upon request, we can pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees prior to your visit. The heating fee may vary depending on the time of year, with lower fees during warmer months, if applicable. Please note, our pool cleaner comes on Mondays and Thursdays.

WEATHER AND YARD/POOL MAINTENANCE
The desert weather is usually perfect, but wind gust storms can sometimes cause debris in the air. Our pool is cleaned twice a week, with more frequent cleanings during bigger windstorms. However, due to unforeseen weather, there may still be debris in the yard or pool at times. A skimmer is provided for your convenience, and please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any concerns. We always try to schedule pool cleaning prior to your check-in to ensure the best experience.

EARLY CHECKIN/LATE CHECKOUT
We would love to accommodate early check-ins if availability allows, but may not always be possible as we often have same-day turnovers. Please contact us in advance to request an early check-in. Late check-outs past 11 AM are prohibited unless discussed and agreed upon prior to your stay. If this policy is not respected, an additional daily rate may be added to your reservation. Back-to-back bookings are common, and we need sufficient time to prepare the home for the next guest.
