For pet lovers, we gladly accept pets for a fee. However, we ask that guests be responsible for cleaning up after their pets to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for all.

The initial rate includes accommodation for up to 7 guests, and for each additional guest, there is an extra fee of $30 per night per guest, which covers essentials and utilities. The maximum number of guests the listing can accommodate is 13.

Please specify the number of guests accurately when making your reservation to match the actual number of individuals in your group. Any guests or visitors not reported in the reservation without authorization will incur a charge of $50 per guest per night.

Our property allows pets. We charge $150 per pet. If you want to add more pets, that's an additional $150 each pet, which will be charged via the Resolution Center of Airbnb after the reservation is confirmed.

Please note: There is a staircase with 14 steps leading to the main entrance. Please be cautious, especially with children and elderly guests.
