Inside, the ultra-modern social living spaces are designed with clean lines and upscale touches. Each of the 5 bedrooms is masterfully styled with curated furnishings and premium linens. The primary suite includes a private office, a walkout balcony, and a spa-like bathroom with a floor-to-ceiling standup shower. The additional bedrooms and bathrooms are styled in a striking layout, creating a uniquely cohesive, well-appointed retreat for every guest. Bedroom configuration as follows:

Children must be included in the reservation as 'children' under guests.

The pool is open seasonally from April 1 through October 31 each year. It is maintained at a default temperature of 75 degrees. Guests who wish to have the pool heated beyond this temperature may do so for an additional fee of $25 per degree per day over 75, which will be charged separately after booking.

The nightly rate covers the first 5 people. Each additional person is just $30 per person/per day. This applies to anyone age 5 and over (kids 4 and under are free). The fee is applied to anyone that comes to the property (not just those staying the night). The extra person fee covers additional wear and tear to the property and amenities, additional professional cleaning/disinfecting, increased use of the internal plumbing, electricity, and other utilities, etc.

A total of 6 cars are allowed with this reservation. The 2-car garage, gravel area left of the driveway, and gravel lot to the right of the white house next door are available for parking. Please DO NOT park on the driveway as this makes it difficult for our neighbor to get their cars in their garage.
We have exterior cameras (there are NO cameras inside the home).

Pets are NOT allowed at the house and NOT allowed in the pool.

No smoking inside the house or garage. Guests who smoke will be charged a $1,000 fee for smoke odor removal.

Shoes must be removed before entering carpeted areas of the house.

No parties or additional guests who are not included in the reservation. All guests must be included in your guest count in your reservation. No dogs, cats or any other pets allowed.

Other general rules:

1. Respect our neighbor’s property and do not trespass into their yards or driveways.
2. Keep the noise outside to a reasonable level at all times.
3. Quiet hours outside begin at 9:30 pm.
4. No outside amplified music, bands, DJ's or anything similar is allowed.
5. Cars must be parked in the 2-car garage, on the gravel to the left of the driveway or in the gravel lot to the right of the white house next door. A total of 6 cars are allowed with this reservation. Please DO NOT park on the concrete driveway since that makes it difficult for the neighbor to get their cars in their garage.
6. Fireworks are prohibited on the property.
7. Neighbors are aware that guests often stay at this home. Please treat them with respect and courtesy as you would the people in your neighborhood.
8. Please lock all doors and windows
9. We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay.
10. No off-road vehicles are allowed on the premises.
11. Refund Policy: 100% refund up to 30 days before arrival, 50% refund up to 14 days before arrival.
12. Please do not attach anything to the walls or ceilings with tape, tacks or anything else as this can cause damage which you will be charged for.
13. Return furniture to its original location. Failure to do so will result in a $250 fee.
14. An additional fee of $200 will be charged for guests who arrive early (before the designated check in time) and also for those who check out late (after the designated check out time).
15. Cancelled reservations will be charged 3% to cover credit card processing fees.
