The living room has comfy new furniture surrounding the large flat screen TV and there is plank flooring throughout. The queen-sized sleeper sofa sleeps 2.
Stainless steel appliances and the fully stocked kitchen will make meal or snack making a breeze.

Down the hall is a full bath and washer/dryer. The queen bedroom is at the end of the hall and has french doors leading out to a cozy back deck.

Have your morning coffee or night cap on the front deck with sound views. Another spot to relax is the back deck which can be lit up at night.
Grill your fresh catch on the charcoal grill provided.
The yard is fenced in and your small pup is welcome to join you with owner's permission and a paid pet fee of $200 per pet.

Walk one block to the beach. Three restaurants are a short 3 block distance away, as is the longest pier on the Gulf of Mexico. Get a day fishing pass or just walk the pier for spectacular Gulf views.

The maximum occupancy is 4, there is no smoking in the unit and the minimum age to rent is 25.
