Nice place, but bed sheets did not seem clean in bedroom I stayed in.

Our family had a great time, & enjoyed the Santa Rosa area! Beach was awesome, with lots of great restaurants & things to do close by. Would definitely vacation in this area again!!

Great place in a great area

This place was perfect for our family of 11. Enough room for everyone with privacy and lots of personal bathrooms. As hort walk to the beach and places to eat. Highly recommend to anyone.

Nice Condo Near Beach

We enjoyed our stay. Nice large condo with 4 bed rooms and 4 and 1/2 baths. 5 minute walk to the beach, pool and hot tub, and a tennis court. Every thing needed for a great beach vacation.

Great vacation!

We have stayed at The Legends before and love the location. It’s a short walk to the beach and Gulf Place. Great space for two families with kids. We had an issue with the air conditioning not working but the owner quickly got someone out to fix it and we were good to go.

Family Friendly Paradise!

My family enjoyed our stay at Seaside Haven. The home was clean, well stocked, convenient to quaint shops, restaurants and outlet shopping. The kids enjoyed renting bicycles locally and we rode the bike path taking in the dune lakes that the owner told us about. The beach was beautiful. Our family had a memorable vacation and hope to come back.

Must Stay

I love all the conveniences of home. This condo was very spacious. The location to Gulf View was a very short walk. Beach had easy access. I would definitely stay there again.

Deep Sea Fishing Getaway

We had four guys for a deep sea fishing excursion. This location had plenty of room to be very comfortable and relaxing. We felt the rate was extremely fair. Would definitely recommend this location to others!

Great accommodations for family and friends

Our stay in Santa Rosa Beach was nearly perfect. The layout of the town home worked very well for our family (6 adults and 5 children aged 4-11). The area, pools, beach and atmosphere were all conducive to a fun and relaxing vacation. Nearby restaurants and activities also worked well for us. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive with the several questions we had prior to our stay. We are looking forward to our next visit to Santa Rosa Beach!

Great place to stay! It accommodated 7 adults and 4 kids with ease. Definitely coming back.

We loved our stay. The house was very spacious and accommodated our large family. It was well decorated and the beds and furniture were comfortable. The walk to the beach was not bad (would have been easier with less toys). Donna was very helpful with all of our questions. We will definitely come back!

Spring Break

We really enjoyed the Santa Rosa area! We typically visit the beaches of 30a closer to PCB but loved this location. It seemed less crowded but still had a lot of great local restaurants, cafes and ice cream shops. The house was very spacious and comfortable, and in a great location. The owner was very easy to work with and communicated promptly.

Great Family Vacatioin

The townhouse was great and easily accommodated all 10 of us with kids ranging from a college junior to a 4th grader. We had everything we needed to cook all of our meals here and it was a very short and easy walk to the beach. The kids enjoyed the pools and the hot tubs as well as the sand volleyball. They also enjoyed Gulf Place, Seaside, and the outlet malls. What a memorable week!

Great Family Getaway!

Donna, thank you for all the time you put into helping my family have a great vacation. We loved the eco bay tour and when we told our friends about it, who have frequented the area and told us about Santa Rosa Beach, they had no idea that they could do something like this. This attention to our needs, a large home where we were able to spread out, attention to detail and appointments, will most definitely bring us back again next year!

I would give it a 4. Lots of room for a family of 13.

Lots of room for a large family. Lots of towels provided but kitchen needs more dish towels. I think the couch may need scotch guard and the dining room chairs need seat cushions replaced. Overall a good place to stay.

Will return again!

Our vacation involved two families with 4 teenagers. We loved the location and felt comfortable with the teens biking or walking wherever. The house had plenty of room and was the perfect location to the pool. Our beach access was very close - just a short walk down the boardwalk. We cooked and grilled at the house several times. We had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation!

Wonderful Stay

We came to stay at Santa Rosa Beach for 2015 Thunder Beach Bike Rally. The townhouse fit our needs perfectly! It was furnished very well and was very comfortable. We traveled to Panama City Beach every day to check out the festivities but wound up spending the biggest portion of our time in Santa Rosa Beach at the local Bar and grills and very good restaurants. The proximity of the townhouse was perfect for where we wanted to go and see. The beach was just a short walk around the pools and hot tubs and was absolutely beautiful! We will return!

Great Location!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The location on 30A was great, and the condo overlooking the pool was ideal. We had kids and they enjoyed the pool every afternoon/evening. Plenty of room. Fantastic rental experience!!!

After our initial stay at Seaside Haven," we are anxious to schedule our next get-away there!! The owners' description, photos and suggestions could not be more accurate! It is close to the beaches, great shopping and so many eating places it is hard to decide which one to go to first! The owner takes the time to help you decipher the best places! Wonderful, relaxing

He had a wonderful time! The house easily fit our group of 12. We had plenty of space & the 4.5 bathrooms made getting ready each day & evening a quick task. The deck overlooking the pool was our hangout spot. We enjoyed sitting there, playing games, and watching the kids swim. The owners were very nice and answered any questions we had. Highly recommend this place!

Stay at legends

Enjoyed our stay - townhome, pool, and beach were very nice. We were able to drive a very short distance to unload our tent and beach chairs and one person drive back to townhome And then walk the short distance to beach. I recommend this property with one exception. We did not have any elderly people with us but if you do, the stairs might be a problem

A fine vacation

My family and I enjoyed this house. It was clean, roomy, nice views, close to the beach and the pool was in eye shot. Nice because we could see the kids easily. The owner gave my wife a list of restaurants and things to do making our lives a lot easier since this was our first time in this area. It certainly won't be our last, I need my workout to the top floor! Kudos to the owner for caring about her guests and providing a home away from home that exceeded our expectations.

Loads of Family fun!!

Our family had a great vacation at this house. We enjoyed the covered parking, keyless entry and the size of the house was perfect for us. The beach was close by and not as crowded as our friends beach, who stayed locally. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. There are a lot of stairs,so if you are not in shape, this could be a problem. We found the house to be tidy. The owner was attentive to our needs prior to and during our stay. We will be back.

Great Place

My golf buddies and I used this house for our golfing excursion. It worked out well; we all had our own rooms with a full bath. The house was clean and prior to arrival, the owner was very helpful in recommending restaurants since we were not going to be cooking. The house looked like the photos and the decks were just stained, the carpets were cleaned. Overall, the house was well maintained and showed pride of ownership.

We're going back!

We stayed here back in March and are now planning a return trip in October! We've rented many properties all over Santa Rosa Beach area and found this place to be clean, beautifully decorated and well appointed. Didn't get to enjoy the pool in March (too cold), but hopefully will in October. Working with the owner was a pleasure. She was so helpful and informative--great recommedations for restaurants we hadn't been to and for beach info since we hadn't stayed in that particular area. Great views from the house!! Booking now!!
