Welcome to The Little Love Bug--a tiny home with big heart at Emerald Pointe Resort.
Inside The Little Love Bug, which is perfectly sized with two bedrooms and 1.5 baths for 4 guests + 2 dogs, you'll find a comfy couch + smart TV and a vibrant, well-equipped kitchen with all appliances (large and small) for meals and snacks. The main bedroom features a queen bed, smart TV, and clothing storage. The second bedroom has a full bed, smart TV and clothing storage. Our full bathroom has a tub/shower combination, and we also have a half bath. For your convenience, The Little Love Bug has a washer/dryer, covered carport parking for two vehicles (height restrictions apply), wifi, and a complimentary use of our golf cart (on resort property only--drivers must be at least 25 years old).
We sleep a maximum of four guests and welcome up to two dogs for your stay.
Emerald Pointe Resort is a gated community in the heart of Panama City Beach on Thomas Drive, just minutes from restaurants, shopping, and the world's most beautiful beaches. Fantastic amenities include a large clubhouse, exercise room, shared library, two swimming pools (one heated seasonally), a hot tub, shuffleboard, lake with a boardwalk, catch/release pond, and 1.5 miles of paved roads perfect for biking/walking/running.
Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to provide the host a credit card on which a $200 damage deposit hold will be placed prior to arrival and then released after his/her uneventful stay. No smoking or parties allowed. Pets are limited to two, max of 50 lbs each, and require a small, non-refundable fee.

The name Why Wait Just Book It was inspired by the idea of seizing the moment and traveling now rather than waiting for “someday.” It’s a playful nod to Nike’s iconic “Just Do It” slogan, but with a twist that ties back to our faith. During brainstorming, the question “What Would Jesus Do?” (WWJD) sparked a lightbulb moment, leading us to this meaningful and unique name.
Our journey to starting this business was born out of both challenge and blessing. In 2023, our lives were turned upside down in many ways, which deepened our appreciation for the importance of family, faith, and creating special moments together. Through those experiences, we were inspired to help others do the same by offering welcoming, family-friendly vacation rentals where unforgettable memories can be made.
We feel incredibly blessed to embark on this adventure as a family and are excited to share our homes and our story with you. Why wait? Just book it and start making memories today!
