You can admire the stunning and peaceful Hongdae scenery through the large windows.

Please note that opening the windows may cause noise, so if you are sensitive to sound, keep this in mind.
The area around the building is highly convenient, with various facilities such as cafés, convenience stores, gyms, and PC rooms.

The accommodation is close to Exit 1 of Hongdae Station, making it very easy to access.

Parking Information
Parking is not available in the building, but a private parking lot is located next to the building. If you need parking, please check availability in advance.

Parking Guide
You can purchase a daily parking pass for 15,000 KRW at the private parking lot next to the building. We recommend using public transportation (3 minutes from Hongdae Entrance Station).

Building Entry Guide
Please use the right elevator.
The left elevator is exclusively for the hospital and cannot be used.
Check-in & Check-out Information
Check-in: 3:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM
When checking out, please leave the access card on top of the refrigerator.


Important Notes
This accommodation is for up to 2 guests and is designed for a quiet and relaxing stay.
Additional guests and parties are NOT allowed.
Please remove your shoes before entering the room.
To be considerate of future guests, avoid cooking foods with strong odors.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building. A 100,000 KRW penalty will be charged for smoking in the room.
Do not move the furniture. Additional cleaning fees may be charged if furniture is relocated.
Any damage or severe stains on furniture or bedding may incur additional cleaning or replacement costs.
We are not responsible for any accidents or lost items during your stay.
As this is a shared building, please be mindful of noise levels, especially at night.
Turn off all electrical appliances (e.g., heaters) before leaving the room.
If there is a double booking, the reservation with completed payment will be given priority.
