This well-equipped home is also located less than a mile from the new Greenway 30A station offering multiple retail and dining options! Walk to the Old Florida Fish House (a staple on 30A for years), Beach Bean Coffee, Buddy's Seafood Market and Coast Creamery. Beach access is a breeze with the golf cart and bikes.  Seagrove is a quaint town with old Florida charm.   This home offers everything you need for a memorable vacation including beach chairs, toys, beach towels, umbrellas, golf cart, kayak, BOTE paddle board and 4 bikes for your convenience.

We love dogs and are happy to provide a dog friendly space for your vacation! However, it's important to note that dogs are not allowed on any of the beaches along 30A. There is a dog beach at Pier Park located at 16303 Front Beach Rd. Panama City Beach where Fido can meet some new friends and enjoy our gorgeous Emerald Coast!
