The bedrooms offer luxury bedding, including buttery soft sheets and extra pillows for an excellent night’s sleep. The bathroom is stocked with plush towels, spa quality supplies and toiletries. You’ll even find robes in the Master bedroom closet to help you fully relax. The kitchen is fully stocked and there is a stackable washer/dryer for small loads of laundry.

𝐁𝐞𝐝𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦 𝟐- This room is quaint and cozy. It has a queen bed, luxury bedding including buttery soft Comphy sheets, blackout curtains, 2 night stands, lamps, sound machine, extra charging plugs/ports and great closet space.

𝐍𝐞𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬:
Our neighborhood is just outside the busy streets of KSU campus. This is perfect because it’s close to everything but without the noise and congestion around campus. We are walking distance from KState, City Park and Long’s Park is just a street over. Aggieville is a short 5 min. drive or a 25 min walk. This home is convenient for those heading to Fort Riley as well.

𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠-You have access to street parking in the front and on the side of the property. Please do not block or park in the small drive leading to basement entrance.

Please remember this is a home, not a hotel. Help us keep it high quality and cared for. Parties, smoking and vaping are prohibited anywhere on property, including the yard.

You have complete access to the entire main portion of the home. The owner’s do stay in the basement with a separate, private entrance when in town. There is one door with double sided locks that connect the main house to the basement, ensuring privacy for both owner and renter. Our goal is to remain hidden and give you utmost privacy.
