Experience the serenity of Nine Mile Ranch's beauty in our renovated 4-bedroom ranch house. Embracing an open-concept design, every room showcases breathtaking views of the 160-acre Angus cow ranch. Awaken to panoramic mountain vistas, grazing cows, and the harmonious melodies of wildlife. Revel in the comfort of two king beds, room-darkening shades, and a spacious backyard with parking for up to 7 cars and an RV.
During your stay, you can text or email the property manager. Contact information will be provided after booking.
-We offer 24/7 messaging but cannot always offer maintenance or staff to attend after 5 pm or before 9 am. We will do our best to resolve your needs and requests as quickly as possible once we have staff available.
-We offer just about everything you need to get started such as coffee, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc but please understand we offer enough to start your trip and any extras you need you will be responsible for.
This rental is located in a quiet neighborhood with 360 views of the farm. It is a very safe and peaceful neighborhood with very few neighbors.

There's something captivating to witness in each season on the ranch:
SPRING - Experience the charm of baby cow season! Our mama cows will have recently given birth, presenting the cutest sight imaginable.
SUMMER - Farmers dedicate their efforts to caring for the alfalfa fields, diligently tending to watering, cutting, and baling the crop for winter feed.
FALL - Behold the vibrant autumn colors that paint the landscape. Pregnant cows graze on the farm, while fields once abundant with alfalfa are rotated and planted with grains like sorghum and corn, ensuring a diverse and nutritious winter diet for the cattle.
WINTER - The farm is blanketed in a serene, snowy hush. Occasionally, the tiny calves playfully find their way through the white pipe fence around the farmhouse, transforming the winter landscape into an adorable scene of bovine exploration.
Unwind by the indoor fireplace after adventures in nearby national parks, just an hour away. Stay productive in our fully separated office space, ideal for remote work.

separated room for the office with large desk, additional work from home area,
views of the ranch from every single window.
KITCHEN: Brand new spacious kitchen with all new appliances, induction oven,
and both a drip coffee and Nespresso coffee maker.
GENERAL: WiFi, central air conditioning, central heat, complimentary toiletries,
towels/linens, pack and play, extra kids amenities.
PARKING: We have ample parking and can fit 7 cars. Trailers and
RV’s can easily fit as well. Covered parking available under carport.

limited to the house and the front/ backyard. Do not go past the white fence.
3. Don’t flush feminine products or baby wipes down the toilet- private septic
4. Fire pits are not allowed at this house due to it being a ‘high fire risk’ area.
5. The garage and basement of the house are off limits to guests.
6. No pets allowed
7. Throw away all trash, any blowing trash can be ingested by our animals.
8. No smoking of any kind, high fire risk area
9. No parties
10. Do not lean anything against fireplace while it’s on
11. If you need mail or packages delivered during your stay that unfortunately will not be possible to do at this location
