Plan your next visit to Salt Lake! Beautifully remodeled, family-friendly 5-bedroom home situated in a quiet, central neighborhood. Enjoy easy access to downtown Salt Lake City, all major ski resorts (within 35 minutes), Park City, and TOSH & IHC Hospital. Just 15 minutes from SLC International Airport, this home is fully stocked with toiletries, coffee, oil, spices, blender, dishes, utensils, and more. Dedicated workspace with high-speed fiber internet throughout the house for your convenience.
The space
Located in a peaceful residential neighborhood in Murray, this home offers stunning mountain views and unmatched convenience. It’s less than a mile from grocery stores like Walmart, Costco and many more, as well as restaurants, parks, shopping, and quick access to I-15. You’ll enjoy a short 10-minute drive to Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons, home to Utah’s premier ski resorts, 15 minutes to vibrant downtown Salt Lake City, 15 minutes to the airport, and 30 minutes to Park City’s charming Main Street.
MAIN FLOOR:
The fully stocked kitchen features everything you need, including an oven with a 4-burner gas stovetop, a dedicated coffee station with coffee maker, French press, electric kettle, and full supply of coffee, decaf, and tea. You'll also find all the cookware, dishware, and dining essentials, plus a high chair and children's eating essentials. The adjacent dining area is open to the kitchen and offers a cozy lounge space, perfect for gathering.
The living room boasts breathtaking mountain views, creating a serene and cozy ambiance. Relax with books, board games, or simply enjoy the view with loved ones.
The master bedroom features a luxurious California king-size bed (medium firmness), 55" smart TV for streaming, a closet with shelving, full-length mirror, charging stations, luggage rack, and ceiling fan. The two additional bedrooms each have queen-size beds (medium firmness), closet shelving, charging stations, and luggage racks. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a ceiling fan and a smart TV.
The upstairs bathroom includes a shower and tub combo with a dual-sink vanity, while a second half-bathroom upstairs offers a single-sink vanity and a laundry area. Both bathrooms are stocked with soft, fluffy towels, shampoo, and conditioner to make your stay even more comfortable.
LOWER LEVEL:
The spacious basement living area is designed for comfort and fun, featuring large, cozy couches perfect for hosting family and friends. Enjoy a 55-inch smart TV with access to streaming apps. A foosball table adds a playful touch, making it the ultimate hangout spot.
The basement also includes two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed and the other with a full-size bed equipped with smart TVs.
Bathroom downstairs is tiled shower and single sink vanity.
For added convenience, there’s a dedicated workspace, making it easy to balance work and leisure during your stay, high-speed, fiber-Optics internet is available throughout the house,
PATIO/BACKYARD
Covered patio with seating area for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors of Salt Lake with BBQ grill.
Guest access
Easy, 24-hour entry/access is provided through a keypad on the front door. The address & a code to get in will be provided closer to check-in. Whole house is yours, (no shared owner spaces)... The beautiful and private backyard, the BBQ (Seasonal), carport , the house, upstairs and down, it's ALL for your enjoyment!
The carport and driveway can easily fit 5 cars. Please do not park on the street or block the sidewalk.
Other things to note
As we live in a quiet, residential neighborhood, we have quiet hours from 10:00pm - 8:00am to be respectful of our neighbors. We have a zero tolerance policy for parties and you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately without refund. We do not allow pets, and no smoking. We ask that if someone in your group does smoke, please let us know in advance so we can set up our designated smoking area on the side of the house. No smoking in the house, on decks, in the backyard, or in front of the house.
As this is our personal home that we love and treasure, the quality and cleanliness is absolute top priority, as we do all we can to ensure guests have the best and most relaxing stays.
