Second Floor: The heart of the home, this level boasts an open-concept great room with tile floors, an oversized L-shaped sectional, and a 75” Smart TV. The fully stocked kitchen features granite countertops, double ovens, and seating for 12 at the farmhouse dining table and breakfast bar. Step outside onto the covered balcony, where you’ll find extra seating and an outdoor sink for cleaning the day’s fresh catch.
