2. Cameras in place at the front entry and back decks/beach.
-Accessibility. There are no stairs to enter from the front driveway/parking into the 1st-floor living area and bedroom. Inside, we have stairs to the 2nd and 3rd floors, and the outside back decks have spiral stairs from floor to floor. Lastly, there are stairs from the bottom floor deck to the beach.
Additional Important Details and Notes
-Supplies: An initial 1-2 day supply of bathroom, kitchen, coffee, and laundry essentials is provided. Please bring or purchase extra for the duration of your stay.
-Damage Protection: Your reservation will include Accidental Damage protection up to $1500. No need to purchase from your booking service.
-Travel Insurance: We highly recommend travel cancellation insurance and can refer you to others for a quote. June to November is the Atlantic hurricane season, and we do not allow cancellation of refunds related to these types of unpredictable events.
-Minimum Age: 25. No parties or events.

-Please put trash in the bins provided outside. Garbage pickup is on Monday and Thursdays. They pickup very early, you might want to put the bins to the street the night before.
-We do not rent to groups under 25 years old. A parent must accompany all guests under 25 years old. You will be asked to leave without a refund or return deposit if you break this rule.
-This is a no smoking property...There is no smoking allowed in the house or on any of the outdoor decks.
-Please read the welcome and home guide prior to your arrival to become familiar with the rules and nuances of the property.
-Please be respectful of our property and leave it in as good of condition as you find it. Keep the bbq clean and bag all trash and place in receptacles in front of the house.
-No food in the Bedrooms.
-Do not move grill -keep grill clean.
-Keep doors closed when AC is in use. Any damage to the unit will be charged to you. Leaving doors or windows open will cause AC's to freeze up and NOT WORK. Guest responsible for repairs costs.
Do not allow children to play with the blinds inside the back doors. The mechanisms are delicate. You will be charged for any damage to these mechanisms.
-Be respectful of the games and puzzles, they are there for everyone's enjoyment Please return all pieces to there proper place
-You understand that from time to time maintenance workers may need access to the unit during regular business hours. You will be notified prior to their arrival.
-Added charges if, upon departure, we find excessive dirt/sand, un-bagged trash left inside the house, furniture moved between floors, excess wear and tear to the unit or furniture, or if our TV's or devices are logged-out/unplugged for any reason. TV's and devices must be returned to the original logins and setup prior to leaving.
-$500 fee plus cleaning per rental agreement if there is evidence of smoking in the unit.
-You will be asked to leave immediately if you bring unapproved or unpaid pets into the unit with no refund and no deposit return.
-Park in assigned parking spaces only
-No wet bathing suits on furniture please.
-We provide 6 beach towels in addition to the bath towels. Do not take bath towels to the beach. Damaged or missing towels will result in a $25 charge per towel. Be kind & return clean beach towels to the storage cabinet.
