Guests will be a short walk away from the gondola to enjoy skiing in the winter and downhill mountain biking in the summer. Guests will also have easy access to golf, lakes, hiking, and biking trails. If you’d like to explore outside of Keystone, we’re conveniently located near other resorts and attractions:
- 10-minute drive: Arapahoe Basin, Lake Dillon
- 25-minute drive: Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Loveland Ski Area
- 45-minute drive: Vail, Beaver Creek

Guests are welcome to park in the underground parking garage. To access the garage and other building amenities, guests must first retrieve a key-card from a lockbox in the lobby (additional instructions to be provided prior to check-in). Please note we can only guarantee one parking spot.

- Condo is heated but does not have A/C (it rarely gets hot enough to need A/C, but guests are welcome to open the windows or use the portable fans provided)
- No pets
- No smoking
- No parties
- No trailers or campers allowed in parking garage (max clearance: 7' 5")
- No EV charging stations available in parking garage
Guest access
Guests have full access to the condo and communal areas within the building, with the exception of the owner's closet.
