NEW TO THE RENTAL MARKET! AVAILABLE STARTING SUMMER 2025
Welcome to C-Dreamin, a charming canal house in Ocean Isle Beach on a beach access street that has never been on the rental market! This property boasts 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, including 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, and 2 bunk bed (4 twins). With a quick 5 minute walk to the beach, you can have your toes in the sand! Less than a half a mile to Causeway, you're within walking distance to the center of town with restaurants, coffee shops, mini golf, shopping, the pier, museum and park. Bring your boat and enjoy the convenience of having it in the backyard at the large dock.
The fully stocked kitchen with countertop seating for 4 is open to the dining area (seating for 6) and family room which makes preparing meals fun. The family room has a triple sliding glass door that opens to the expansive screen porch. With a dining table that seats 6 and 4 comfortable chairs on the screen porch, it's the perfect place to enjoy a meal or relaxing afternoon and evening.
The back steps lead down to a grill patio with a gas grill and charcoal grill for your use (grilling is permitted on grill patio only, NOT under the house). There is an additional area under the house with an outdoor dining table and chairs.
Two paddle boards are provided for your use.

Queen bed with two nightstands, dresser/mirror, chest of drawers, closet and Jack-and-Jill bathroom (double vanity, toilet and shower) shared with bedroom 3.
Bedroom 4
Waterfront Queen bed with two nightstands, closet and sliding doors to screen porch. This bedroom shares the Jack-and-Jill bathroom with bedroom 3.
Bedroom 5
Two Twin bunkbeds (4 twins) with two nightstands, dresser/mirror and closet.
Hall bathroom
Tub/Shower combo, double vanity and toilet.
Dining area has table with seating for 6, and kitchen has additional countertop bar seating for 4-5.
Family room has a sectional sofa and two chairs with a large 65" flat screen TV

PLEASE READ RULES/NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING:
Refunds will not be provided due to weather related trip interruptions or cancellations as well as any other situations that may cause you not be able to travel or use the property. Please reference cancellation details at time of booking.
While you paid a cleaning fee, if you leave the home excessively dirty and don't follow check out procedures, an additional cleaning charge may apply that you will be responsible for paying.
Included in your reservation is a $500 security deposit that can be collected for accidental damages to the home or contents, however all damages may not be covered. You will be liable / responsible for paying any damages in their entirety if damages are in excess of security deposit.
You must be at least 25 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including children) must be 25 years old or older. We do not allow people to book for other people, the person who makes and pays for the reservation must also stay in the home. This is strictly enforced and if violated, you will be required to leave immediately.
NO house parties, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind.
NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise (you will be charged a $500 fee if this rule is broken).
NO fire pits, or deep fryers are permitted on premise.
NO grilling, except on outdoor concrete grill patio (out from under house)
NO Pets. You must disclose and get permission for any service and or support animals PRIOR to booking.
Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and peace of mind.
We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin.
While we do provide some items to get you started, here is a list of a few other things we want to remind you to bring:
