From the living room, you can access the fenced-in backyard that features that beautiful private pool, plenty of lounge seating, and a grill. There are 2 bedrooms on this floor, both with king beds and their own bathrooms. The second room has a bathroom that can be accessed from the bedroom and the hallway.

The second floor has 5 more guest rooms, including another primary suite. The primary on this floor has a king bed, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. The next 2 bedrooms both have queen beds. One has a private bathroom, while the other is shared with the hallway. Both rooms share a balcony. There are also 2 bunk rooms on this floor. The first bunk room has a twin-over-twin-over-twin bed and shares the hallway bathroom. The second bunk room is the largest room which has 2 full-over-full bunk beds with twin trundles. This room also features a media area with a flat-screen TV and bean bag seats, along with a private bathroom.

On the top floor, guests can find another primary bedroom with a king bed, private bathroom, and a 40" flat-screen TV. The final bedroom has a queen bed and a flat-screen TV with a shared hallway bathroom. For added convenience, there are 2 cool fold away cribs as well.
