To enter the gated community, guests will need collect the gate pass in the Welcome center (seasonal) for each car .
Welcome Center:
- To access community pools and beaches, each guest required passes
- Home is situated in a gated neighborhood with a wealth of amenities, including (all water amenities close on Labor Day weekend).
- All community pools, lakes, mini golf, and canoes are accessible for $12 per person, ages 3+ each day.

- To access the gate, you will require the pass that you will be given when you arrive. A copy of the car registration and a valid driver's license are required.
Requirements for registration:
- Gate entrance will need information on the vehicle and the driver, such as the primary registrant's license ID number and the license plate numbers of every car that enters the community. The names on filed paperwork HAVE to match the driver's legal identification.

Other things to note
There is no smoking allowed anywhere in the house. As a reminder, the outside of the house is constantly watched over by security cameras to ensure the safety of our visitors and to enforce house regulations.
Any mishap, illness, or injury that arises while using the property or its amenities is not the Home owner's' fault. It is acknowledged that, by accepting this reservation, each guest is specifically assuming the risk of any harm arising from heir use of premises or others whom they invite to use premise.
WE put a lot of time and effort into this home and ask that you please be respectful and courteous and leave the home in the same condition as when you arrived.
If you damage something, let me know so I can arrange for its replacement or repairs.
#Please make sure to observe the speed limit of 25 mph. Police officer on patrol and they do stop and fine for traffic violations. Make sure to drive cautiously and keep eye out for wildlife, such as deer ., crossing the roads.
