We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started.
Please stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

• POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL
1-Cost: $30 per day.
2-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
3-Temperature will not exceed 95F.
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-Attached spa is NOT a jacuzzi. It does not have jets. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature.
6-Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently.
This is optional and may not be available at times.

POOL SAFETY
Your safety is our top priority, especially when it comes to enjoying our pool area. Here are some important guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience:
• Safety Fence: We've installed a safety fence around the pool area to provide an extra layer of protection. Please ensure that the gate is securely closed at all times when not in use.
• Supervision: It's important to always supervise children around the pool, regardless of their swimming abilities. Please be extremely cautious and attentive, as accidents can happen quickly.
• Swim at Your Own Risk: While we've taken measures to enhance safety, swimming is at your own risk. Please exercise caution and adhere to safety guidelines at all times.
• Responsibility: As our valued guests, you assume responsibility for supervising children and ensuring their safety while they enjoy the pool area. We kindly ask that you and your guests prioritize supervision and adhere to safety measures.

• HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

• TRASH DISPOSAL
Please dispose the trash daily in the plastic bench to keep a clean home.

• ONLINE PURCHASE
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.
In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. Fees may apply.
Some resorts may not accept them.

TOWELS IN DRYER AND DISHES IN DISHWASHER:
Occasionally, you may find towels or dishes in the dryer or dishwasher respectively, as our cleaning contractor may not wait for drying cycles to complete. Rest assured, they are clean and ready for use.
Wash towels: In accordance with Airbnb's hygiene recommendations and COVID 19 guidelines, the WASH TOWEL is considered a disposable and personal item, so we recommend that you bring your own.
The other towels (bath towel, hand towel and pool towel) will be provided and will be available at the house, in proportion to the number of guests staying.
