The Space:

Our 2017 Airstream International Serene 23' is the perfect camper for everyone. It is spacious, modern, comfortable, and located halfway between Savannah and Tybee Beach.
Camper is fully ready to live in for an extended period of time. We provide enough linen, cookware, and supplies to last a typical 3-4 day stay.
Fast WiFi and a firestick are provided for your enjoyment. Perfect time to relax, enjoy the outdoors, or simply walk around Savannah or Tybee Island!

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the Glamper, the parking to its left, and one additional parking on the large grassy area. Please refer to the check-in guide on the app for more details.
There is also a second Airstream camper behind the main house. It is also used as a vacation rental, but it is not included in this listing. There is a likelihood that it will be occupied during your stay; however, those guests have been asked to respect your privacy. They are only allowed in their assigned parking spot and their camper, which is distanced from yours.
The Main house is used as a vacation rental too. Those guests have also been instructed to respect your space and not intrude during your stay.
The Neighborhood:
The property is in one of the most desirable, quiet, and pristine areas in Savannah - otherwise referred to as "The Islands." You will be centrally located just 10-minutes from Downtown Savannah, 15-minutes from the beach at Tybee Island, and just a couple of minutes from Walmart, Publix, Gas Stations, Docks, Restaurants, and Bars.
Most homes are tucked into the Marsh, while ours is towards the front - virtually leaving us with no neighbors to the left or right of the home. Still, it is a quiet residential neighborhood, so we ask that all noise is kept at a low level and that the quiet hours of 8pm to 8am are respected.
Getting Around:
The property is conveniently located halfway between Tybee Island’s beaches (15-min) and Downtown Savannah (10-min). You can easily Uber/Lyft to either side if you're not interested in driving around - but you will definitely need transportation to get around as the roadways are not walkable due to the lack of sidewalks. You can certainly go for a morning stroll on the secondary roads here as they are mostly quiet during the day.
There is a very nice Publix grocery store approximately three minutes from the house. In the event of an emergency, you can go to Urgent Care 24/7 in Whitemarsh (6-minute drive). The Chatham County Police Precinct is approximately 2.5-miles. And the closest fire emergency station is 1.5-miles away.
Other Things to Note:
The driveway that leads to the house is shared with one other property. Theirs is at the end of the driveway and can barely be seen from our land. We ask that our guests don't drive past the first brick house on the left. That will lead you into their driveway and turning around is difficult, especially for larger vehicles.
There's a maximum of two vehicles allowed to park here at any time. One Immediately left of the camper. The other one in the open grassy area at the beginning of the property. Please do not park on any unmarked grassy areas - this will help prevent damaging the sprinkler system.
Please be aware that even though we spray for bugs on a quarterly basis, you might see palmetto bugs, wasps, and other insects during your stay. They usually come out to die, but please do your best to keep them out of the house by keeping the windows and doors shut at all times, only eating at the bar or the dining room, and keeping trash in the trash can.

We live close by, so we are available to our guests day and night. You are welcome to reach us via the app or by calling us anytime. We are here for you!
You are set up for self-check-in. The codes and instructions will be sent to you via the app 24 hours prior to arrival. It is important that you visit the check-in guide for step-by-step instructions on how to enter the property.
The space is pet free. Undisclosed pets will immediately terminate this agreement without the possibility of a refund. Additional fees will also be assessed ($50 per pet, per day fee due + cleaning fee of $250)
