The home features two spacious bedrooms, each bedroom are on opposite sides added privacy. The master bedroom has a king-size bed for ultimate comfort, while the guest bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed, perfect for small family. The guest bedroom also offers direct access to the pool through a sliding glass door.

For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located outside in car port making it easy to freshen up your clothes during your stay.

Southern Comfort Three truly offers the perfect balance of privacy, comfort, and convenience for your next vacation! At Southern Comfort Three (SC3), we offer flexible check-in and check-out times, Sunday-Sunday. Check-in is at 4 PM EST, and check-out is at 10 AM EST. Please note that the minimum rental period is 7 nights, as required by the City of Key Colony Beach.

For guests bringing a boat, only one boat trailer is allowed to park inside the property line.
