Our spacious home on 12th Street in Downtown Huntington Beach offers the perfect coastal retreat. Featuring 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, it boasts an open-concept first floor and a large front patio ideal for enjoying the beautiful weather. 4 blocks from the ocean, 6 blocks from Main Street, it’s close enough for a walk downtown but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet away from hustle & bustle. Perfect for families or groups seeking a comfortable, well located getaway near all the best attractions
This beautifully situated home on 12th Street in Downtown Huntington Beach offers the ideal coastal getaway, just 4 blocks from the beach and 6 blocks from Main Street—a short 10-minute walk to all the action. The open-concept living area features a comfortable seating space, a smart TV, a cozy gas fireplace, and oversized bifold doors that connect seamlessly to a large front patio, perfect for relaxing in the ocean breeze. It's a great neighborhood with friendly and respectful neighbors. Please be mindful that parties or loud noise is not okay outside after 10pm so ensure that the outdoor music is off in the patio.
The house is walking distance to both the beach and Main St/Pacific City. You are close enough to walk to all attractions but far enough to not get any of the noise.
You can rent beach cruisers downtown very inexpensively and it's a great way to get around.
