This is a bright two-bedroom, three-bathroom, ocean view apartment. It has great, comfortable furnishings, a fully stocked kitchen, an ocean view balcony, in-unit washer and dryer, and an elevator. There is a common pool which is beachfront. This complex is located on a great quiet where it's not unusual to see wild horses, and in a quiet area of Rio Grande, not far from the El Yunque Rainforest and the SJU airport.
The property is quiet and fairly secluded despite its convenient location. You even have to watch out for potential cows on the road at night!
It’s the perfect place to start your day whether heading to attractions on the east side or metro area. Just a short drive from popular attractions to the east, like El Yunque rain forest National Park, Luquillo Beach and the neighboring food kiosks, Fajardo bioluminescent bay, boat/catamaran tours to the Fajardo keys for snorkeling or beach time; or head west to visit El Morro Fort, the Bacardi Rum factory, or Old San Juan for a stroll down the many pedestrian streets lined with shops and restaurants; Casa Cortés is a special treat.
Closer to the property are dozens of eateries and supermarkets, as well as an Outlet Mall with the Sector Sixty6 entertainment complex on site, featuring bowling, an arcade, go-cart racing, and a ropes course. Rio Grande probably has the most golf courses of any town on the island, including a Robert Trent Jones Jr. Designed golf course at the neighboring property.
Just 25 minutes east of the airport, on HWY 187 just north of the St Regis Bahia Bay Resort. Although taxis and Uber are available on the island, a rental car is very highly recommended.

House Rules
● Noise levels must be kept strictly under 60 dBA during the day. Music and/or excessive noise outdoors (i.e., yelling, noise amplification, musical instruments, animal barking etc) must be kept to a respectful minimum at all times. Outdoor Music is not permitted after 10PM. No amplification devices or musical instruments can be used outdoors or can be audible outside the home at any time, day or night. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all time;
● Neighborhood quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10PM-8AM;
● No smoking allowed;
● Pets are not allowed unless otherwise agreed to in writing;
● Street parking is strictly prohibited. Do not exceed the maximum allowable vehicles. All vehicles must be parked on the paved driveway, in the garage, or in designated parking areas.
● Parties / events, lack of decorum and disruptive noise will not be tolerated;
● If the neighbors are disturbed, Tropicalia reserves the right to ask the tenant to vacate the premises with no refund;
● No alcohol may be consumed poolside and no glass containers may be used near the pool (if the property has a pool).
● Tenant must maintain all property and furnishings in good order;
● Tenant may only use appliances for their intended use;
● Guests, other than those in the party provided, may not stay overnight in the property; ● All guests are the sole responsibility of the renter;
● Guests are not allowed to exceed the agreed upon occupancy limit;
● Guests may not send packages to the house they are renting;
● Renters are responsible for doing a house walkthrough and reporting any damage upon entering the home;
● All trash must be taken out and placed in the onsite bear box. Failure to do so will result in a fine of $1,000
● Hot tub use is strictly prohibited between 10PM-8AM. Use during theses hours will result in a $1,000 fine;
● Maximum occupancy cannot be exceed at any time;
