This condo offers comfort and convenience in the safe and family-friendly Pheasant Run Condominiums. You're just 12 minutes from downtown Coeur d'Alene, 20 minutes from Silverwood Theme Park, and 40 minutes from Spokane. With quick access to Highway 95 and I-90, you'll be moments away from restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, and more. Exclusive Use of the Condo:
Your reservation grants you exclusive use of the entire condo and outdoor areas, providing you with a private and comfortable retreat.
Parking:
Your reservation includes access to one indoor shared, heated garage parking spot, a driveway parking space, as well as the parking lot.
The condo is a second level unit with garages below. You enter into a spacious living room, kitchen and dining room, past these spaces is the hallway that leads to the laundry room, bedrooms and bathrooms.
Kitchen:
Freshly updated with GE Profile microwave, electric range and dishwasher, a spacious Samsung fridge with two ice makers, a water dispenser and a self-filling water pitcher, and last but not least a large stainless steel single bowl sink with soap dispenser and disposal.
Dining:
Dining room includes a 3ft x 5ft dinning table that can sit 6 adults comfortably with placemats.
Living:
Living room includes a large sectional that can comfortable seat the entire family, coffee table, & TV for entertainment.
Laundry:
Laundry room has GE Profile washer and dryer set, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, extra towels and storage.
Guest Bath & Beds:
Includes bath/shower combo, vanity and storage. Both bedrooms are furnished with a queen size bed, nightstands, lamps, and a small fan. The second guest bedroom has a Roku TV and one has been left without a TV.
Master Bed and Bath:
Master bed and bath includes a king bed with two side tables, a Roku TV, walk-in closet. The master bath boasts a luxurious tile shower, a floating vanity with storage and a well-lit mirror with anti-fog settings.
