☑ Keep the home as clean as possible during your stay.

☑ Please do not have the A/C on with doors/ windows open as this can cause severe damage to the homes. Our cleaners ensure all windows are closed upon arrival and video document it. Any damage to the A/C will be billed to guest via Airbnb resolution center w/ proof from plumber.
☑ Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet as this can cause clogs to the pipes due to the homes age. Plumbing fees will be charged via resolution center w/ proof from plumber.

No exceptions. $50 fee per night for each unapproved guest. $50 fee for unapproved late checkout.
