Das Mountain Retreat befindet sich im Hidden Springs Resort. Das Resort befindet sich 1,5 km hinter dem Eingang zu Dollywood und liegt günstig zum Parkway und zu den Attraktionen der Gegend.

Die Hütte ist einstöckig und bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Die Kabine verfügt über zwei geräumige Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Betten, eigenem Bad und Zugang zum Deck. Es gibt ein Queen Schlafsofa im großen Raum. Der große Raum hat eine Kathedralendecke, einen 46-Zoll-LCD-Fernseher mit Satellitenkanälen und einen doppelseitigen Kamin, den Sie auch vom Hauptschlafzimmer aus genießen können. Die Kabine verfügt über 3 Fernseher mit Satellitenempfang, 3 DVD-Player, Billardtisch, voll ausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine und Trockner, Whirlpool und Holzkohlegrill.

Great cabin & host!

Rhonda was super helpful during the booking process and beyond - she helped us add an extra night to our stay with ease, as well as gave recommendations of local grocery stores, answering all questions promptly. The cabin had everything we needed! My favorite part was the back deck - the covered patio area was very comfortable, even in the summer months. Perfect for reading each morning, up in the trees. You’re definitely on a slanted hill up there, but we were able to manage fine in our SUV.

Great cabin in the mountains

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin. Plenty of room for my partner and our two kids. It had everything we needed, and a great view of the surrounding area. We were able to watch the Dollywood fireworks every night, our youngest would rush out to the back deck as soon as he heard them to watch. Dollywood is like a 5 minute drive away, which was great because we spent two days at the park, and it was nice not having a longer drive when we left there exhauated. Owners were very friendly and communicative, gave us recommendations for activities in the area, and made sure we had everything we could need to make our stay an enjoyable one. Thanks for letting us visit!

Slightly disappointed

We gave this condo a three out of five stars mainly because when we got there, the toilet seat was broken so that when we attempted to sit down, it fell off because it was unhinged. This also happened on the 2nd seat. When we contacted the owner, she said she knew of the problem, and would have someone fix it as soon as possible if needed. However, we would have preferred if she had let us know in advance that this was an issue. Since we didn’t want to rearrange our schedule to accommodate a handyman, we went all week without a secure toilet seat. The condo was pretty clean other than that, and the kids loved the retro video game unit. However, the beds were pretty uncomfortable, especially the sofa bed, and the sheets were very scratchy. There was very poor water pressure in the showers. We did not hear our neighbors and the location was beautiful and very convenient. However, the neighborhood pool was very dirty, and we found several lots of hair floating in it. On one attempt, the folks in front of us tattempted to enter the front gate and couldn’t get in. Even when we tried entering our code for them, the gate would t open. Thus, we had to go in the exit gate after a car came out. Later, the owner let us know that the gate will stop working for a minute or so if the wrong code is entered too many times. FYI…just wait a minute and then renter the code. Finally, not really a big deal, but the Keurig machine wouldn’t work, however, there is a second coffee pot for us to use.

Great cabin close to Dollywood and parkway.

We loved this cabin for our stay in Pigeon Forge. We went to Dollywood for 3 days and this place is very close by. It’s on a very hilly area and the front of the cabin has some great views of the surrounding mountains. You can see a little of the fireworks at Dollywood through the trees on the back porch. A short walk up the hill from the cabin offers even more spectacular views but it will challenge you to walk it. We found the cabin itself to be wonderful. It had everything we needed which isn’t much since we don’t cook or eat there. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. I loved that they provided two king beds so our kids could share one of them. The kids also loved the actual functioning arcade game console which usually are never functioning. If you are expecting everything to be brand new you will be disappointed. Have realistic expectations…it’s not “The Ritz”. We found it to be delightful, comfortable and would love to stay again someday. It’s also pretty close to the parkway so you can go there easily if you wish but it’s also located just off a road that runs parallel with the parkway so you can completely avoid most of that traffic if you wish.

Great place - close to Dollywood

This cabin is really nice and clean. The beds were comfortable with plenty of everything we needed (towels, soaps, kitchen supplies, etc). We loved challenging each other on the old-school video games. It’s very close to Dollywood. We were able to leave Dollywood when a storm popped up during the day and go back to the cabin for snacks and a nap. And then we returned for more rides and fireworks after it blew through. So easy and convenient. The back porch was a nice place for morning coffee. Even though we had neighbors, it felt very private. I highly recommend this cabin!

Wonderful

Such a cute cabin. There was 4 adults, a teenager and a 6 month old and we had plenty of space and loved it!!! The deck is amazing. The gated community the cabin is in was so beautiful as well. Had lots of fun paying the Pac man game that is in the cabin. It was not far from Pigeon forge at all, maybe 12 minutes and that was really only bc of traffic. I highly recommend.

Perfect cabin in perfect location

Rhonda is a phenomenal host. I had a few questions about the property and she responded very quickly. The cabin was clean, the location was phenomenal (pretty balanced between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge). My kids already want to come back to this area and asked to stay at the same cabin! Definitely/highly recommend
