Walk through secure gates into a beautiful, unique beach garden courtyard and covered deck. Inside French doors a gourmet kitchen opens out onto a deck for indoor/outdoor living SD weather makes possible. High ceilings, artwork, leather couches, large space. Washer/Dryer on property.
The space
From the minute you walk through the gates into the garden you feel a sense of peace. Some afternoons the wild green parrots will come to visit and hang out in the loquat tree. The house is designed to flow and feel open. Every room feels open and light. Note! cat on premises.
I give you the comfort that I want when I travel. The linens that feel good. The fluffy soft towels, a well stocked kitchen if you actually stop to cook. Nice wine glasses, a top of the line gas stove. A computer and wifi to feel connected. Washer and dryer for comfortable living.
The smoke free, 800 square-foot, one-bedroom unit, includes many amenities such as strong high speed internet and key-less locks that one needs for a care free and memorable visit to this beautiful community. Squeek the cat lives on the premises and may be the friendliest cat ever! However while she is super friendly with people she is not so keen on other animals and if you are traveling with an animal this is probably not the spot for you. She does not distinguish between pets and support animals and will attack either, so please do not endanger your dog. Also please note that while there is a big screen computer with netflix there is not a classic tv in the house.

The house is set up for a maximum of two guests and no additional guests are allowed to stay overnight.

Guest access
You have a whole beautiful house, yard and covered deck for your use. The house shares a wall with a studio, but that entrance is separate. The covered patio and inner courtyard are lit at night and make a beautiful eating and lounging area. Locked gates make the area completely secure and 8 foot fences create your own private world.
Other things to note
Please note: The airport is centrally located in the city, therefore you will hear airplanes when visiting San Diego. Flights begin around 6:30am and stop around 10pm. My attic is well insulated and the house has double pane Anderson windows to limit noise. However if you are sensitive to noise Ocean Beach, Point Loma and Bankers Hill may not be the spots for you.
There is a very friendly cat in residence who mostly lives outside but will be happy to come in if you let her. No cat odor, not to worry. But if you have allergies my place is not a good choice. Also as she is not so friendly with other animals, if you are traveling with an animal this is not the spot for you as she will attack dogs and does not distinguish between pets and support animals.
A maximum of two guests are permitted in the unit and additional overnight guests are not allowed, as temporary visitors during your stay or as additional guests.
