Pinestone Crossing features 3 executive log homes on the shores of private Landing Lake, just west of Land O' Lakes, WI. Bears Den offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a finished lower level. The cabin is fully equipped with towels, dishes, utensils, pots, pans, bed linens, and coverings. Each lodge has its own lakeside fire pit, chairs, and a large upper deck with lake views. Pets are not allowed in Bears Den.

The Space:

Bears Den, a spacious year-round cabin, offers a perfect retreat for families or groups. With three inviting bedrooms and two full baths, it’s designed for comfort. The master bedroom, located on the main floor, features a king bed and a private bath. The second main-floor bedroom offers 1 queen bed. Upstairs, a charming loft bedroom with a queen bed ensures everyone has their own cozy space.

Surrounded by breathtaking views, Bears Den overlooks the pristine 203-acre Landing Lake, connected by a shallow waterway to the 125-acre Mill Lake. These two lakes offer a combined 351 acres, ideal for fishing, boating, swimming, and kayaking. Try your luck at fishing for northern pike or panfish, or simply relax by the shore as loons and bald eagles soar overhead. Pinestone Crossing spans 26 wooded acres with over 700 feet of private shoreline, providing a true Northwoods experience. Take a peaceful walk along the private trail that winds through the woods, leading to a natural sand-bottom wading area, perfect for a refreshing dip or a quiet afternoon. The property boasts two piers—one dedicated to the pontoon boat and the other for lounging, swimming, or enjoying smaller watercraft like kayaks and paddleboards.

Guests are invited to explore the water with provided kayaks, paddle boards, a swim raft, and a canoe, all available on a first-come, first-served basis. The pontoon boat is available for two-hour reservations, providing a perfect way to explore the lakes at your leisure. While there's no public boat launch, there’s ample parking for boats and trailers, making it easy to access nearby lakes if you'd like to bring your own watercraft. Whether you're here to fish, hike, or simply unwind with the sounds of nature, Bears Den at Pinestone Crossing offers a peaceful escape from the everyday. Other Things to Note:
Pinestone Crossing offers two piers, one for the pontoon and the other for lounging, swimming and smaller watercraft. You are welcome to use the various watercraft including: paddle boards, canoe, swim raft and kayaks. All are shared among the three cabins on a first come, first serve basis. The pontoon boat is available on a two-hour reserve basis by use of a signup sheet upon your arrival. Bring your own disposal items such as, paper products, paper towels, paper plates, toilet paper, trash bags, coffee filters, condiments, spices, soaps and outdoor towels.

There is no public landing or private boat ramp to provide access for personal boats or jet skis on the lake. However, you could rent a boat locally and visit the many nearby lakes. There is ample parking room to park and turn around your boat or snowmachine trailers on site.
