Nestled in the heart of Syracuse’s vibrant Tipperary Hill neighborhood, our home offers the quintessential city experience, with restaurants, bars, and attractions just a few short steps or drive away. Visitors should be comfortable with city living, which may include nearby neighbors, and the general activity of an urban environment. If this isn't your vibe, a quieter suburban setting might be more suitable.
All guests are required to sign a rental agreement, present a valid driver's license, and provide a selfie for identity verification. Access will only be granted once these requirements are fulfilled. The agreement includes the house rules listed below and clearly outlines specific Airbnb terms upon booking acceptance. Feel free to request the document before confirming your booking.

The primary guest responsible for the reservation must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be granted at the sole discretion of the hosts on a case-by-case basis.

Local bookings—defined as guests residing in the same city or county as the property—are allowed; however, guests must provide justification for their stay, and approval is at the discretion of the hosts.

Please be aware that guests staying for 30 days or longer are considered legal tenants per the laws of New York State. In some cases, the host may conduct additional screening and/or request the guest to sign a lease.

The host reserves the right to have the guest cancel with Airbnb, with no financial cost or repercussion to the hosts, in the event guests fail to comply.
