We want to let you know about some exciting updates coming to the building! Starting 09/09/24, the pool, greenspace, and 1st-floor beach access will be temporarily closed for renovations, with an anticipated completion date of 07/09/25.
Not to worry—you’ll still have easy access to the beach through a nearby path beside the building, and another pool is available for your enjoyment at that access point. Thank you for your understanding as we work to enhance the property for future stays!
"Footprints" is a recently remodeled condo and ALSO newly renovated building exterior and interiors. You will have access to all of the amenities of the award winning Sandestin Resort. This first floor 1385 sq ft 2/2 condo offers inspiring gulf views, the largest patio in the entire building, plus a grass lawn, sand dunes and two adjacent pools just steps from the front door.
The renovated kitchen with stainless appliances and quartz counter tops provide the perfect setting for your cooking enjoyment. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need for the perfect meal. Just bring the food. There are 5 bar stools and seating for 8 or more at the dining table.
The beautiful over sized master bedroom with two queen beds and efficient second bedroom with full/full bunks plus trundle provide sleeping for nine guests.
