The Retreat - minutes from world class skiing and biking at Winter Park Resort

Relax and enjoy the beauty of the Colorado Rockies! The Retreat is located in one of Fraser’s premier residential neighborhoods and only 15 minutes from world class skiing and biking at Winter Park Resort. Whether skiing, hiking, mountain biking or fishing, it's all just minutes away!

The Retreat is a private upstairs suite with a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom, and separate bedroom with a queen bed. The living room has a day bed with a pull-out trundle bed perfect for the kids. Access to the space is through a shared mud room that has a full-size washer and dryer that guests are welcome to use.

Enjoy a cup of coffee on your own private balcony or challenge each other to a game of foosball... we look forward to having you stay with us at the Retreat!

ACCESS:
Access to the suite is through a separate door on the south side of the house - an access code will be provided after the booking has been confirmed.

The suite is on the second floor and has a private entrace that will be unlocked upon arrival - keys for the the private entrace will be in the space.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
There is one parking space available for guests of the suite. Additional parking may be available upon request.

Please note that this suite is attached to the host's primary resdience and we ask for guests to behave responsibilty during their stay. The entryway mudroom is a shared space available to guests as well as the host's family; we do ask that guests do not access the main house or garage.
