DUE TO THE TYPICALLY MODERATE COASTAL CLIMATE, THIS HOUSE - LIKE MOST IN THE AREA - DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING.
PARKING:
2 garage spaces - small to mid-size vehicles recommended. General area street parking can be used, when available, in the area - some free; some metered.
NOTE: Because all 3 units are not connected internally, parental supervision of children and any guests under 25 is mandatory at all times in all units - especially overnight.

Just one house away from the beach, there is plenty of fun to be found in the surf and sand: surfing, body boarding, paddle boarding, sun bathing and much more! Across the street you will find the lovely bayfront Marina Park with a playground for the kids, and the waterfront Lighthouse Café. Note: This home is conveniently located along the peninsula’s main boulevard. As a result, ambient traffic noise may be heard.
CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.

This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances.
