There is a US$300 minimum cleaning fee for guests who breach the NO SMOKING rule.
Keycards - at check in, the host will provide you with two (2) keycards for entry to the building, the 3rd floor, the gym (8th floor) and the pool level (7th). A keycard replacement fee of US$50 will be charged for each keycard not returned at the end of the stay.
The cost of damage to common area property will be charged to the guests.
Nothing should be hung from the balcony or windows.
Garbage must be disposed of using the garbage chute located in the common area.
Commercial vehicles are not allowed to be parked on the property on a regular basis.
Building Management will apply a FINE to your hosts account when a breach occurs and we will pass the fine on to you. Fines range from US$150 to over US$650.
