Welcome to your North Clearwater Beach vacation home! This 3- (or 4-) bedroom, 3-bathroom home-away-from-home sleeps up to 8 guests, making it a perfect destination for families. The living area is on one level; with the exception of one, short step down to the 4th bedroom/multi-purpose room.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, mini bar, small refrigerator/freezer, wall-mounted flat screen TV, and ia private en-suite bathroom. It has direct access to the back patio. The queen bedroom has a wall-mounted flat screen TV and it’s own bathroom. The third bedroom has two twin beds. The 4th bedroom can be used as a bedroom, office space or a ‘private space’ area. The main bathroom is a full bathroom with a tub/shower.

The home is walking distance to Frenchy’s, downtown Clearwater Beach (with plenty of local restaurants and shops) and located one block from the beautiful white powder-sand beach. No car needed.

Note: Local regulations require this home be rented for a minimum of one full month; NO EXCEPTIONS.
