The screened lanai has a spiral staircase leading to a private rooftop sundeck features a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico. Pointe Santo is a family-friendly complex surrounded by lush vegetation and offers beach access, elevators, community pool and hot tub, gas BBQ grills, tennis courts, clubhouse with sundeck, organized children's activities, volleyball, picnic area and shuffleboard courts. Concerning floor plan, Pointe Santo C43 boasts three large bedrooms and two bathrooms with the following configurations:
