Continuing the celebrating of women, each condo in this building is named after a prominent woman in history. This one pays homage to Frida Kahlo, a Mexican artist remembered for her self-portraits and bold, vibrant colors. She is celebrated in Mexico for her attention to Mexican and indigenous culture and by feminists for her depiction of the female experience and form.
Surrounded by a sophisticated feel, this 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo is sure to be the perfect home instead of home while you're staying in Columbus.
This condo has an open concept with a super functional kitchen area with plenty of counter space. You'll find smart locks, a smart thermostat, a 55" smart TV with streaming services setup, including Netflix and Disney+, and a host of amenities to make your stay comfortable.
The bedroom with king bed and en suite is directly adjacent to the main living space. Once you're in the condo, everything is on one level. The "back door" for the condo is located off of the bedroom.
There is an open staircase from the main entrance to the second floor with two additional condos.
The king beds have comfortable, memory foam mattresses, cozy comforters, and soft sheets.
The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, dishes, and silverware. Whirlpool appliances, Cuisinart single-serve coffee maker, coffee pods, sugar, creamers, salt, pepper, olive oil, and everything else you could need! But keep in mind we are close to many of the best restaurants, bakeries, and coffee shops in the city!
The internet runs on a mesh wifi system, so coverage will be fast and perfect throughout the home.
There is also a washer and dryer in the bathroom.
Getting around the neighborhood on foot is super simple! We are just a 5 - 10 minute walk from tons of coffee shops and restaurants! Street parking is free but by digital permit only. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will get your car set up with on-street parking. It's hardly ever an issue to find parking in front of the building.

The Victorian Village is known for quaint, leafy streets lined with late-19th- and early-20th-century homes in a variety of architectural styles, such as Gothic Revival mansions, Second Empire villas, and Queen Anne houses. Paths crisscross sprawling Goodale Park, a setting for annual music festivals. Overlooking the park, the Pizzuti Collection hosts contemporary art exhibitions and has a free sculpture garden.
Driving your own vehicle is super easy in Victoria Village. Ubers and Lyfts are also widely used. If you're brave, try the electric scooters offered by the city during warmer months!

-We reserve the right to deny any bookings made by locals from Columbus, OH. If you are a local resident to the Columbus, OH area and wish to book this property you must share the reason for your stay.

We receive notifications from exterior cameras 24/7. We have a zero tolerance policy regarding unauthorized parties, illegal behavior, and allowing unregistered guests onto our property. The cameras are on both the front and back porches. They record the front and back porches, sidewalks, front and back yards. We have access to recorded footage at all times.
Check-in is at 4 pm. Checkout is at 10 am. Early check-in & late checkouts requests are subject to fees. We cannot confirm these requests until the day of as we’re never sure how the previous guest will leave the space. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses.
Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Please contact us if you're booking within your city.
Smoking, illegal drugs, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on porches and in shared spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a $250 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. The use of marijuana in any way, shape, or form in or around our property is strictly prohibited.
Commercial photography/videography without written consent, Illegal activity, prostitution, and possession of firearms is strictly prohibited.
Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed.
We use video surveillance around the exterior of the home. Noise detecting technology may be used inside the space to monitor excessive noise levels. Devices do not record conversations but measures decibels.
Guests are not allowed to use glitter, confetti, or any other sort of decoration that will make clean up difficult for the cleaning team. Guest may not tape anything to our walls, ceilings, or woodwork.
We provide enough consumable amenities, like toilet paper and paper towels, to get guests set up. Once these amenities are exhausted it is up to the guest to replenish as they see fit.
Guests take full responsibility for damages, injury, or loss that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to customer service. Unreported damages will be deducted from the security deposit.
Quiet hours are from 9pm ET to 9am ET daily.
Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses.
INTERNET ACCESS: Our property has wireless internet as a courtesy for our Guests; however, this service can sometimes be erratic. We make every effort to ensure this service is working properly, but we are not responsible for problems with internet service or Guest’s computer. We do not provide any technical support and no refunds are issued for internet service problems.
We do our best to make sure all advertised amenities are in working order upon the arrival of our guests. Although rare, sometimes amenities will stop working without warning. We will make every effort to get amenities back up and running or replace the amenity to the best of our ability. In the event the downed amenity is unable to be used during a stay for a mechanical reason, and the Guest has properly notified us, we will refund the Guest $15 for every 24 hours they are unable to use the amenity due to mechanical failure. We do not refund money for problems associated with improper use by Guest.
Dogs are allowed on a case by case basis. Our pet fee is $35/pet per night with a $200 monthly cap and is NOT included in your original booking fees. Our pet fee is charged on the day of check-in. We have cameras. Please do not sneak your pet onto our property. While we understand your dog is very well behaved, in our experience, even the most well behaved dogs can act up when in a space they're unfamiliar with. Our pet fee stands for all approved dogs. Cats and other pets are not allowed.
Pets are NOT allowed on our provided linens. Please bring your own linens if your approved pet will be in the bed during your stay. An additional fee of $50.00, above and beyond the pet fee, will be charged if excess amounts of pet hair are found on our linens.
Parties and events are not allowed in our home. We have a zero tolerance policy.
