This charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, making it an ideal getaway for families or friends looking to unwind in a serene setting. Gorgeous ocean views, the Seabrook Island club and its two award-winning golf courses, Ocean Winds and Crooked Oaks, are all visible from the large private balcony. Steps away from the villa, guests can enjoy the Seabrook Island Beach Club, the Pelican's Nest oceanfront restaurant, Seabrook Shoppe, the Osprey Cafe, and the Island House and its dining options. Whether you wish to sun in the two chaise lounge chairs or dine al fresco at the table for four, guests will enjoy the salt air and Lowcountry sunsets from the tip of Seabrook Island.

The villa boasts a bright and airy ambiance, enhanced by its elevated position and abundant natural light. The spacious living area is perfect for relaxation, featuring comfortable seating and a smart TV for your entertainment needs. The well-equipped kitchen includes modern appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker, ensuring you have everything you need to prepare delicious meals.

Each of the two bedrooms, set on opposite sides of the living area for privacy and space, both offer their own ensuite bath. The master bedroom has a king bed with comfortable mattress, Smart TV, ceiling fan, seated area with two chairs, dresser, ceiling fan, and closet. The guest bedroom with vaulted ceiling offers two plush queen beds, TV, ceiling fans, and seating area. A vanity outside the bathroom suite offers an additional area to get ready. The guest bathroom offers a bath and shower combo and additional vanity. Both bedrooms feature blackout curtains for enhanced privacy and rest. Both bedrooms and the living area offer their own balcony access, as well.

AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis and award-winning golf. Without this card, access is prohibited. Amenity Cards are INCLUDED with this rental (a $50 day savings). Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone. Beginning January 1, 2025, pre-order forms will be mandatory for all guests. Please ensure that your completed form is submitted to the amenity office at least two weeks prior to your arrival to avoid a $10 late fee. Due to the volume of requests and the card preparation process, the office is now unable to accept information over the phone.

LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable, white linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Guests staying for an extended stay may need to purchase or bring additional supplies. Beach towels are not included (although towel service is available at the Beach Club.)

WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know. Coffee Maker: Single Serve & Carafe Coffee Maker on site. (BYO ground coffee for carafe or use provided Keurig K-cups.)

ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has now started charging a gate pass fee per vehicle. This property has a limit of 2 vehicle passes. This $45 fee per vehicle applies to guests staying 1 night – 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided. Drivers may be required to show a valid Driver's license when at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle. LSV vehicles (low speed golf carts) must be gas powered and count towards the two vehicle maximum.

CHECK IN: For our guest's convenience, we offer a prompt, self check-in process. Guests will directly check-in at the property with a code for the keypad on the door. We, however, are always a phone call or text away. We offer as much assistance with check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions

IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

POLICY ON SMOKING: No smoking please. Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellations up to 30 days before your stay.

PARTIES: THIS IS an ideal property for making memories but this is NOT A PARTY PROPERTY!!
