Centrally located in the DFW metroplex, the home provides convenient access to both DFW and DAL airports, the DART train station, Hwy 161/George Bush Turnpike, and the Toyota Music Factory, making it an ideal base for exploring the area.
✈️ For guests flying into DFW Airport, consider saving on ground transportation by taking the DART train Orange Line from the airport (Terminal A) to Belt Line Station, which is just one stop away. From there, our home is just a few minutes by rideshare, offering a convenient and cost-effective option. DART rail tickets cost $2-$3 per person and can be purchased at a kiosk or on the GoPass app. While the DART is also available from Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL), please note that the travel time is much longer and may be less convenient. However, it could be a good option if you’re looking to sightsee around Dallas or have some time to spare before checking in.

Guests will have full access to the majority of the home during their stay, including the living area, kitchen (excluding the pantry), bedrooms, bathrooms, garage, and outdoor spaces. Please note that the pantry and upstairs hallway closet are reserved for our cleaning crew to store supplies and linens and are not accessible to guests. Neighborhood is located off Highway 161 (President George Bush Turnpike) Belt Line Rd exit. Parking is available for 1 car in the garage, 2 cars in the driveway, and additional street parking.
Our house rules are in-place to ensure both guests and neighbors have a pleasant disturbance-free environment. Some rules are also HOA requirements and can have additional violation fees. Please ensure your group abides by all rules to avoid a violation:
• No guests are allowed other than those noted on the reservation (additional guests must be approved by the host, or fees will apply)
• Absolutely no parties, large gatherings, or loud music (walls are shared by a fellow neighbor)
• Please do not move around any furniture in the home
• Keep backyard noise level to a minimum since our fellow neighbor’s windows overlook the backyard
• All pets must be noted on the reservation prior to arrival (max 2)
• Please keep pet barking to a minimum
• Pets must only use the restroom outside
• Pets are not allowed in the pool area
• Quiet hours are between 10:00pm and 8:00am ($150 fee applied for noise complaints)
• No overnight trailer or RV parking
• Pool access is only for those guests listed on the reservation
• Please be respectful to all neighbors and keep our neighborhood clean and free of all trash and pet-waste including yards, sidewalks, street, dog-park, and pool areas
• Any use of exercise equipment is solely at your own risk
