Unsere Golf Villa ist sehr modern und in bester Lage. Mehrere Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Villa gehört nicht zu einem Vermietungspool, sondern wird direkt von uns, dem Eigentümer / Manager, vermietet. Daher erhalten Sie den absolut niedrigsten Preis und ein verbessertes Interieur.
Auf der hinteren Terrasse steht Ihnen ein privater Whirlpool zur Verfügung. In nur 100 m Entfernung befindet sich nebenan ein beheizter Gemeinschaftspool, an dem Sie an der Poolbar und im Restaurant Lake & Golf Front Resort zu Mittag essen können.
Sie können auch in ca. 10 Minuten nach LA Fitness auf der McCormick Ranch laufen und die Einrichtungen und den Pool des Fitnessclubs für nur 10 US-Dollar pro Tag nutzen. Im Gainey Village Health Club gibt es auch eines der besten Health-SPAs von Arizona mit einem Sportbecken von Jr Olympic in der Größe und einem erstklassigen Fitnessstudio.
