Brown Convention Center — a huge plus for my conference.Booking was easy, but entry was frustrating. The access instructions were unclear, the app link was wrong, and I had to wait 20 minutes outside the building for the host to respond. Once inside, the unit was spacious and had strong AC (a must in Houston), but that's where the positives mostly stopped. The unit wasn’t properly cleaned. Kitchen dishes were hidden in the dishwasher, not the cabinets and the HVAC filter was filthy and the wrong size. For the price and location, it worked for a solo stay. But the lack of cleanliness, amenities, and communication made it feel more like a neglected college apartment than a professionally hosted space. I wouldn't stay again unless these issues were ad
