As a friendly reminder, we do have a regular pest company servicing our home, but please note that Hawaii has a tropical climate and there will be occasional flies, geckos and bugs and it's impossible to completely stop.

While the area is known for its natural beauty and close-knit community, it is important to acknowledge that, like many other places, Hauula is not immune to certain social challenges. Homelessness is a complex issue that affects various regions, and Hauula is no exception. Visitors and residents alike may encounter individuals experiencing homelessness, and it is recommended to approach such situations with compassion and understanding.

Please be considerate of our neighbors' need for privacy and refrain from initiating interactions. They work long and demanding shifts, and appreciate their personal space**
Reminders:

PET POLICY: It’s our pleasure to invite your furry friends to stay.We charge $100 fee for the first pet will be added to the reservation cost and $75 for any additional pets and will only allow a maximum of 3 pets only. Typically we do not accept pets over 40 pounds however, some can be approved on a case-by-case basis. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture. We will perform a close inspection of furniture and carpets after check-out and apply additional cleaning fees or requests for damage, if necessary. There is a $25 fee for excessive pet hair clean up. Avoid these costs by managing and cleaning up after your pets. All pet droppings on property and neighborhood must be properly picked up and disposed of to avoid fines.

- SMOKING: No Smoking allowed. Smoking inside the property is subjected to $750 FINE which will be used to deodorize the home before the next guest arrives.

PLEASE NOTE: Primary guest that doesn't have reviews and not at 4-5 star reviews. We will require a $500 additional deposit which will be refunded at the end of your stay, given that there are no issues or any damages.
