This outstanding two-story top-floor loft is located on the known Old Street in the lively area of Shoreditch, famous for its spectacular stores, restaurants, and cafes. You'll enjoy the perfect location, contemporary décor, high ceilings, wooden floors and breathtaking roof terrace with outdoor furniture.
The capacious living area and contemporary design of this duplex make it truly exceptional. It's the perfect selection for travelers, or business professionals on a trip to London.
Located on the top floor of the historic building, this modern Central London duplex apartment can comfortably accommodate four guests.
The lounge area is bright and spacious with high ceilings, wooden floors, comfortable L-shaped sofa, TV with sky box sets, sky movie channels, and Netflix.
There is a wonderful dining area for four people.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and includes all the necessary cooking utensils.
This apartment boasts two well-appointed bedrooms, each with fresh hotel-quality linen on the beds.
Air conditioning installed in both bedrooms for a restful night sleep during hot weather.
The bathroom is bright and spacious, and complete with a relaxing bathtub; you will find fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries there.
There is also an additional guest toilet for your comfort.
The large roof terrace and balcony are the unique aspects of this property, offering the ideal setting for a romantic dinner under the stars or a relaxed evening with friends.
The home will be professionally cleaned and set up to immaculate hotel standards before you arrive. I am committed to making your stay perfect, and you will have total access to my place. Please treat it with respect, as you would your own, and I know you will.
This is a truly fantastic experience, and whether this is your first visit or a return trip, you will experience London like never before.

Please take off your shoes inside the apartment! Especially high heels or stiletto shoes as it will leave marks on the floor.
-I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!
-Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.
-I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30.
-Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!
-Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.
-Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm.
Unauthorized late check out will be charged at £50 per hour.
Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.
