This coastal-inspired condo offers breathtaking Gulf views, spacious living, and modern amenities. With its comfortable layout and picturesque views, this vacation rental is perfect for couples, families, or small groups seeking a beachside retreat.
Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.
About the Vacation Rental Unit:
Gulfview Haven is designed with relaxation and convenience in mind, featuring a spacious layout and stunning Gulf-front views. The primary bedroom features a queen bed with an attached private bathroom. A hallway bunk nook includes extra-long twin-over-twin bunks, perfect for children or adults. The living area offers a spacious layout with a sleeper sofa, floor-to-ceiling windows, and access to the private balcony, where you can soak in the stunning Gulf views.
The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, tasteful coastal-themed décor, and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area offers seating for four, with additional seating at the breakfast bar. The condo also features modern amenities such as tile flooring throughout, a washer and dryer, and smart TVs for your entertainment needs.
This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental features:
Primary Bedroom: King bed with ensuite bathroom – Sleeps 2
Hallway Bunk Area: Extra-long twin-over-twin bunks – Sleeps 2

Maximum Guest Occupancy: 6 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)
Parking:
All guests must pre-register with the resort! Preregistering means wristbands are programmed and parking passes are created ahead of your arrival. Guests must stop by the Tidewater registration desk upon arrival to pick up wristbands and parking pass. You’ll find this registration desk just inside the walkway doors, on the second floor.
The parking garage is located across the street from Tidewater Resort. Since it changes periodically, the parking garage gate code will be sent in your Safe Travels email. Guests may purchase two parking permits for a 1- or 2-bedroom unit and 3 parking permits for a 3-bedroom unit. Cost for such passes is listed below.
Parking spaces in the garage aren't assigned, so legally park where you are able to. Locate the skybridge on level 2; this will take you across the street to the main complex. After crossing the skybridge, go to the Tidewater registration desk, located right inside the doors from the crosswalk. This is where you will pick up your parking passes as well as your amenity wristbands. Return to your car(s) and place the permit(s) as directed.
Parking restrictions: No vehicle exceeding 7 feet, 2 inches in height is allowed in the garage. For the safety of all, pickups with extended beds or cabs, dual wheels, tow bars, and extended rear luggage carriers are only permitted to park in the north side, rear end of the garage. Roof luggage carriers must be removed before entering the garage. Rental golf carts, scooters, and bubble cars are not authorized to park in the garage or porte-cochere. Those in violation of these rules are subject to tow at the owner’s/renter’s expense.
Amenity Wristbands: Guests registering at Tidewater must be over 25 years old and registration should occur at least 24 hours in advance of arrival (ideally, more than 24 hours prior). Amenity wristbands are allocated to guests at the Tidewater registration desk, located on the 2nd floor of the resort. Wristbands will be given to guests ages 12 and up at check-in. Guests are required to wear these wristbands while on the property.
Fees for these wristbands vary, depending upon when you register. This fee includes the aforementioned parking permits. PREREGISTRATION FEES (preregister must occur more than 24 hours in advance of arrival): about $40 + tax for a 1-bedroom unit. LATE REGISTRATION FEES: about $50 + tax for a 1-bedroom unit.

Moreover, guests are within walking distance of Pier Park, which boasts more than 100 retail shops and numerous dining options. Tidewater Resort offers top-of-the-line onsite amenities.
Two outdoor pools (not heated) with gulf views; one indoor pool (heated); two spa whirlpools; fitness center; steam room and sauna. Tidewater is merely five minutes from Gulf World and Frank Brown Park, which is perfect spot for those who wish to revel in this 200-acre outdoor recreational facility.
Other details to note:
Proper ID wristbands are required to be worn at all times while on Tidewater Resort property. The replacement fee for each lost or stolen wristband is $25 plus tax.
All guests must use the Walkover, as instructed by the Project Manager, for the Front Beach Road project.
Trash chutes cannot be stuffed with cardboard boxes or other forms of large debris. Prior to disposal in the chutes, please bag any trash. All large items in need of disposal must be taken off site. Violators who are caught dumping trash inappropriately may be fined by the association and/or reported to local law enforcement.
Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!
Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
