Diese Eigentumswohnung in Privatbesitz im 1. Stock verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer und bietet Platz für 4 Personen in Betten, 3 Personen in zwei zusätzlichen Schlafsofas im Wohnzimmer. Es gibt eine großzügige Menge an natürlichem Licht in dieser Wohnung, die es ein helles fröhliches Gefühl gibt. Mit einem Badezimmer an jedem Schlafzimmer gibt es viel Privatsphäre. Eines der Schlafzimmer hat einen zusätzlichen Außeneingang. Ziehen Sie die Schlafsofas nachts für zusätzliche Gäste heraus.

Gehen Sie einen Block zum Strandzugang (den Sie von hier aus sehen können) oder genießen Sie Sonne, Spaß und Strandbrise auf Ihrer eigenen Veranda. Der Pool ist auch nur wenige Schritte von der Tür entfernt. Es ist nur ein kurzer Spaziergang von unserer Tür zu allen Restaurants und dem Nachtleben der Insel entfernt. Wenn Sie jedoch lieber selbst kochen möchten, bietet die voll ausgestattete Küche alles Nötige - Herd / Backofen, großer Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, und Mixer, zusammen mit einem vollen Kompliment an Geschirr und Kochgeschirr. Hier in unserem Komplex gibt es einige ganzjährige Bewohner, die sehr stolz auf die Verschönerung des Komplexes sind. In der Nähe dieser Einheit gibt es schöne kleine Gärten mit viel Farbe. Es gibt kostenloses WLAN sowie kostenlose Parkplätze, Münzwäscherei und einen kleinen Pool für unsere Eigentümer und Gäste.

It was exactly as listed...very clean..great location..had everything you need for a wonderful and relaxing vacation. The location is close to all the sights and places to visit but none of the hustle and bustle .

July 4th week

We had a very nice stay at IOP the week of July 3-10. Check-in was a breeze and we found the condo clean and spacious. We had a 3 yr old with us so we rented a crib from BabyAway. Unfortunately he learned how to climb out of the crib the very first night lol. We love this condo and will most likely return, but we do have one request. If possible, we’d like to have and extra lock on the front door (up high ideally), as our little escape artist found it very easy to open the front door with the lever handle. Thanks for a great week!

Girls Getaway

Beach Breeze #106 on the Isle of Palms was a perfect getaway for our girl getaway. The location was a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Beach Breeze #106 was clean, decorated in a coastal vibe and the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again in the future.

Pet Friendly & Perfect!

This cute condo is just a short walk from the beach and everything that IOP has to offer! We were specifically looking for an affordable, pet-friendly option for this trip and this one was perfect. Beth, the property manager, was very friendly, helpful, and responsive. She made the entire process easy and simple. Our dogs loved staying there with us and there was ample places to take them for walks or potty breaks. They keep a very nice grassy area for pets to go just outside the condo door. We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay and we will definitely return. Be sure to get breakfast and/or lunch at the Sea Biscuit Cafe which is only a short walk away.

Great Dog Friendly Location

My aunt, mother, and myself had a wonderful stay here. Clean and convenient to all the best the Isle has to offer. Very thankful for a place that allows my emotional support dog Daisy to travel with me. Beth even left treats for her, which was an adorable touch. This was our second stay at this location and we will be back in the future for sure.

Adorable little condo

This was a clean and charming home away from home, with a well-appointed kitchen and nice linens. One bed was in need of a new mattress - very uncomfortable to sleep on - and ceilings are low so watch your head around ceiling fans if you are tall!

PERFECT, Loved IT!!!

CLEAN, CUTE, CLOSE to BEACH, loved that we had our own porch. BUT the most important is we were able to bring our most important family, our furbaby!!! Would love to stay here again. Perfectly Located Beach Retreat

My family and I had a wonderful week at the Ocean Inn, #106. Everything we needed was within walking distance, including the ocean, restaurants, grocery store and Ben and Jerry's. Our three children enjoyed the pool daily (often had it to ourselves!) and our French Bulldog enjoyed watching the sights from her crate conveniently placed by the window each time we ventured out. The condo itself had almost everything we needed (while linens and bath towels are provided, be sure to pack your own beach/pool towels) and was very comfortable for a family of 5. The front bedroom bed was extremely comfortable and our children had no complaints about the back bedroom (although the bed was a little too springy for older backs). Overall, we loved IOP and Beth couldn't have been more accessible and helpful during our stay. We will definitely be back.

A perfect affordable beach retreat!

With such easy access to the beach, and a dog friendly condo complex, this rental is a fabulous option for those folks looking to stay on Isle of Palms without all of the hassle and expense of a full-house rental.

The OceanInn was just what we needed. It was quiet and the condo had everything we needed.

Very Nice Condo

We enjoyed our trip very much! The condo was awesome!! We could walk to everything and we found the surrounding hangouts enjoyable. The condo was very well stocked with what ever we needed plus more. The beds were very comfortable and furniture was well taken care of. My grandkids loved the pool and had a great time swimming.. We would definitely stay at this condo again. close to everything

I recently stayed at this unit for 5 days. It is a really nice unit. Pretty much everything you need is included except for a dishwasher. It is quiet and pet friendly. It is close to everything. You can easily walk to several restaurants and shops. And the beach is only two blocks away. Also the supermarket is less than a 5 minute drive away.
