Discover the charm of Seabrook Island at the newly renovated Summerwind Cottage, nestled among the majestic Live Oak trees. This delightful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat offers a serene ambiance perfect for families or groups seeking a peaceful getaway, accommodating up to 8 guests comfortably.
This property has been beautifully updated and renovated. A well-stocked kitchen featuring subway tile, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances is great for gathering. An island with seating for two makes an ideal spot to catch up on emails or enjoy a cup of coffee. The dining area is open to the main living area with seating for six at its oversized table. Loads of comfy seating, an overhead fan, and 58" Smart TV make everyone feel right at home. The newly renovated sun room boasts a 64 inch TV for your enjoyment. Off the sunroom is the grilling deck with gas grill.
The master en-suite has a king bed, large Smart TV and an renovated bath, and balcony access. The master bath has an oversized sink and tiled walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms are on the opposite side of the cottage. Guest bedroom one has a queen bed and oversized windows. The second guest bedroom also has a queen bed with access to the out door sun deck. The guest bedrooms share an updated full bath with a tub/shower combo. Off the kitchen you will find the laundry closet with stacked washer/dryer and pantry.
Under the cottage in the carport the owners have beach chairs, umbrella and wagon. This cottage is dog friendly, additional pet fees apply!

AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis and award-winning golf. Without this card, access is prohibited. Seabrook Island Amenity Cards ARE available for $50 a day for your party. Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone. Beginning January 1, 2025, pre-order forms will be mandatory for all guests. Please ensure that your completed form is submitted to the amenity office at least two weeks prior to your arrival to avoid a $10 late fee. Due to the volume of requests and the card preparation process, the office is now unable to accept information over the phone.
ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has now started charging a gate pass fee per vehicle. This property has a limit of 3 vehicle passes. There is parking in the carport area and in an adjacent off street space. Parking on the pinestraw or street is prohibited. The $45 fee per vehicle applies to guests staying 1 night – 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due two weeks prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided. Drivers may be required to show a valid Driver's license when at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle.
CHECK IN: For our guest's convenience, we offer a prompt, self check-in process. Guests will directly check-in at the property with a code for the keypad on the door. We, however, are always a phone call or text away. We offer as much assistance with check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions

We are one of the only companies that washes the bedcoverings (comforters, bedspreads, quilts) after every single stay.
THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily.
IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
POLICY ON SMOKING: No smoking please. Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellations up to 30 days before your stay.
