Deja Blue Dockside in the Heart of IRB
Deja Blue Dockside is a 4 bedroom - 4 bathroom intercoastal waterfront pool home that will accommodate 10 guests. This luxury-style coastal home is a spacious, open-concept property with so many extra amenities! Friends and family can spread out and enjoy this extremely comfortable home offering remote-controlled sun shades and an elevator. All the bedrooms are spacious with your own TV. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. While staying in and making a meal you can still keep your eye on the kids in the pool, and take your favorite beverage out on the balcony to catch the sunrise and the breathtaking sunsets. Dolphins are known to frolic in the intercoastal waterway!! There is a gaming table, PlayStation 5 (2 controllers with a charging station are provided), books, games, and ping pong downstairs. Fish off of the dock or pack up your beach wagon and head to Indian Rocks Beach for a day in the sun and sand!! Deja Blue Dockside will welcome you back year after year for your vacation memories.
Ground Floor
Garage: Ping pong table, 8 beach chairs, a beach wagon, and a cooler.
Outdoor Paradise: Heated pool, 2 chairs and table, 4 sun loungers, and a gas grill.

Second Floor
Kitchen: Ice/water stainless steel refrigerator, granite countertops, double oven, microwave, dishwasher, oversized kitchen island, charging station for electronics, blender, Keurig and drip coffee maker, crockpot, griddle, and mixer. Basic dishes and utensils are provided.
Dining Room: Buffet table with 6 seats and 3 countertop stools.
Living Area: Reclining sofa with chaise, oversized chair with ottoman, TV w/ console table, arcade gaming table with 2 stools, PlayStation 5 with two controllers and charging station (PS5 games not provided), 3 end tables, and a ceiling fan.
Second Floor Balcony: Dining table with 4 chairs, resort-style seating area, and a spiral staircase to the pool area.
Bedroom #1: Queen-size Murphy bed, High end sleeper sofa, desk with computer monitor and chair, TV, console table, 2 nightstand tables, and a ceiling fan.
Bathroom #1: A step-in shower and single vanity. No tub.

Third Floor
Bedroom #2 (Primary): The Primary bedroom has a King-size bed, 2 nightstands, a chair & ottoman, a dresser, a TV, a ceiling fan, and an en-suite bathroom. Access to a private door to the balcony that has 2 Adirondack chairs, a table, and a bistro table with 4 chairs.
Bathroom #2 (Primary): The Primary bathroom has a double vanity, step-in shower, and soaking tub.
Bedroom #3: Has a Queen-size bed, 2 nightstands, a dresser, a TV, a ceiling fan, an en-suite bathroom, and a private door to the balcony.
Bathroom #3 (En-suite): Has a double vanity and step-in shower. No tub.
Bedroom #4: Has 2 twin-size beds, nightstand, TV, dresser, and ceiling fan.
Bathroom #4: Single vanity and tub/shower combination.
Laundry Closet: Stackable washer and dryer.

Important Information
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Pool Heating: When the pool heater is turned on, the temperature is typically set to 85 degrees unless otherwise stated in the listing. Please understand that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower a pool heater cannot always heat the pool to temperature.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 4 dishwasher pods and 4 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Parking: This property provides 5 parking spaces in the driveway. Parking in the garage is not permitted. No grass or street parking.
The quaint town of Indian Rocks Beach (IRB) has a nice array of local restaurants, retail, and sweet shops. The home is close to Turkish Flame, Guppy's On the Beach, Café De Paris Bakery, Gulf Waves Grill, Keegan's Seafood Grille, Chicago Jaqx, TJ's Italian Café, Beach shops, and a salon. Brown Park is nearby and has a playground, basketball court, tennis court, and a covered picnic area. The Indian Rocks Library is located beyond Kolb Park which is a sports park and playground. Splash Harbor Water Park on the south end of IRB offers a great place to have fun and cool off in the lazy river.
